Despite the issues mentioned, we did enjoy our stay in this authentic apartment in a relatively good location. 15 minut

The property was authentic Italian. Very spacious. Lots of storage. Short walk to supermarket, large fridge.

No plug socket near the kettle. Only one light bulb working in a light fixture with 6 bulbs. Beds were a little uncomfortable - either very hard or sunk in the middle. Not a great selection of cutlery, which made eating very difficult. Pillows lumpy and bedding dated. No mirrors in the property, except one in the entrance foyer, which seemed to be makeshift - no actual glass in it from what we could tell, so reflection was unclear and distorted. We were staying for a wedding and were unable to see what we looked like before we went. Son couldn’t shave properly as no mirror in the bathroom. Radiator in kitchen/dining area was on full blast so it was extremely hot - owners did attempt to come and fix this but we were out.

The hosts let themselves in while we were staying there. They didn’t contact us to ask if they could come in they just let themselves in, as 2 single girls away on holiday this was quite alarming and unexpected.

Orribile

Niente

Servizio completamente inesistente. Ho dovuto scrivere ripetutatemente ai proprietari per avere informazioni su come accedere all'appartamento e mi hanno inviato le indicazioni 50 minuti dopo l'orario di check in che avevamo deciso insieme. Mi hanno inoltrato lo stesso messaggio 20 volte per rispondere alle mie 2 sollecitazioni. L'appartamento è fatiscente e aprire le porte d'ingresso sembra un livello di Saw l'enigmista. Lenzuola e asciugamani erano sporchi. C'erano peli e polvere, persino una bottiglia di peroni vuota in una stanza. Non funzionava l'acqua calda. Ho provato a contattare i proprietari ma non mi hanno mai risposto. I materassi distrutti garantiscono un'orribile notte di sonno e un indescrivibile mal di schiena al risveglio. I cuscini mattoni. Naturalmente, il numero di cellulare da loro riportato è falso.

La posizione della struttura che si trova nella zona ztl, quindi abbiamo avuto difficoltá prendere posto sopratutto avendo bambini.

Prețul este ok.

Cazarea arată destul de înfricoșător, sinistră aș putea spune. Mirosul este destul de tare, la baie nu este oglindă, pernele miroseau destul de urat. Dacă reziști aici o noapte, ești campion.

Nada recomendable

Estaba limpio y la ubicación es buena de la torre de pisa a 20 min caminando, del centro. 5 min caminando.

Es bastante viejo, habia cocina de gas pero nada para encenderla, los colchones son de muelles de hace 20 años, todos hundidos que te clavas todo , es imposible descansar bien, no hay ningún espejo en todo el piso, ni en el baño, en la habitación de seis lamparas solo funciona una, en el baño una sola luz muy pequeñas y la otra no funciona y están todos los cables colgando. Ademas es una zona limitada al trafico y es imposible entrar con el coche si no realizas el tramite antes por internet, el propietario no brinda ningún tipo de ayuda al respecto. No es nada recomendable salvo por la ubicación. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con el piso.

Alloggio fraudolento e inaccettabile

Fate attenzione e non fatevi ingannare: il proprietario ha cambiato l’indirizzo dell’alloggio e le condizioni erano pessime. A volte molte stanze non significano comfort. L’alloggio che ci è stato assegnato era vecchio e trascurato, con letti logori senza biancheria e un odore terribile che rendeva impossibile il soggiorno. La pulizia era inesistente e le condizioni non corrispondevano affatto a quelle promesse. Un’esperienza deludente — non la consiglio.

NON ARDARCI MAI PIU' TERRIFICANTE in una zona al 100% non ben frequentata

non ho effettuato colazione, anche perchè nonostante pagato, non mi hanno fatto entrare, perchè non c'è nessuno ad accogliere e non rispondono al telefono, che hanno sulla ricevuta, al limite di querela.

per migliorare qualcosa, non gli rinnoverei alcun permesso, nonostante pagato non rispettano nulla, inoltre telefonate arroganti e messaggi totalmente falsi.

Klimatyczne miejsce, blisko do dworca. Bardzo przestronny apartament. Wygodne łóżka.

Opinia dotyczy mieszkania przy Via Giovanni Bovio 27 ponieważ tam zostaliśmy zakwaterowani z uwagi na awarie wod-kan przy Via Giovanni Bovio 23. Brak ciepłej wody, mieszkanie nie było przewietrzone, po wejściu panował wielki zaduch. Na mieszkaniu dostępne były tylko dwa małe wentylatory. Stara, nie do końca świeża pościel. Brak jakichkolwiek sprzętów kuchennych, ogólnie słabe wyposażenie. Mimo połączenia z routerem internet z wifi nie był dostępny. Telewizor nie działał.

Stanowczo odradzam!!!!!!!

Było dużo przestrzeni, wygodne łóżka oraz dogodna lokalizacja.

W całym domu była pleśń na ścianach, na kafelkach oraz na suficie od której dzieci dostały wysypki na całym ciele. W łazience wystawały kable elektryczne co stanowi bezpośrednie zagrożenie zdrowia. To był najbrudniejszy dom w jakim kiedykolwiek spałem, nie polecam go nikomu.

Appartamento fatiscente, cattivo odore già da come si entra al portone di sotto, senza ascensore, biancheria del letto solo sistemata ma già usata, ho provato a chiamare la proprietaria e si è negata, siamo dovuti scappare, non lo consiglio per niente.

Apartamento muy céntrico y limpio

Ubicación perfecta, apartamento muy amplio con 3 habitaciones. Todo muy limpio, aunque mobiliario un poco antiguo. Lo único que nos gustó menos fue que a veces se escuchaba mucho el ruido del exterior.
