Checking in was extremely frustrating! There was no mention of checking in at a different location, only hours for a front desk. When we were finally able to find the check in it was still quite the process to get to the room. There is a kitchen but no microwave, just FYI. The towels for the shower look and feel like large paper napkins.

No current phone listed anywhere!! We arrived after hours and couldn't get a hold of anyone to get us in. Expedia staff was finally able to reach someone. I have a family of 6 and that is why we chose this place, not even enough bedding or linens for 6 people!! One of the double beds was basically a futon, no where near capable of sleeping 2. Couldn't get the room cool, very uncomfortable night sleep. Cabinets were broken.

This is not a hotel like is in the photo.. this is a office building with 6 rooms on the second floor... there is no Lobby with any staff.. they email you with a code to get into the front door.. then another code to get into the hall where the rooms are.. and then another code to access a box to get the key.. there are no signs about a hotel anywhere on the building.. the picture of the building on the website is the of an office building with 6 guest rooms built in the building.. I would not recommend this place.. no one to greet you.. no staff.. again this is not a hotel..

Staying was perfect like renting an apartment lots of freedom and privacy for me it was just perfect and the staff was more than friendly so thanks again for a perfect staying big supermarket in the area and shopping mall and public transportation so to be short just perfect at least for us ,other people may have a another opinion because for some people is the best not even good enough

OK not a hotel just flats converted to bedrooms with en suite, room fair size, bed quite comfortable.only one problem is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone talking. Had to knock on the next room as they had the TV on at 02:00 to get them to turn it off.

everything was ok...i can recommend it to everybody.it is important to look to the email with further informations how to get there and in the appartement. the email should be sent 24 hours before arrival and not only few hours before !

For a "budget" stay in Europe this was one of our larger rooms which was nice. Big bed, big room, nice bathroom. AND it was SO CLEAN! Staff was very friendly, they even called a cab for us for the next morning to head to the airport. My only complaint is that it is far from the square (leaning tower). We walked there and it took about 45 minutes, and then took a cab home. If you don't mjnd the distance, for the price you can't really beat it.

We arrived on a Sunday evening (early) but there was no staff present and the building was by code access only. We reached the staff by phone but the conversation was difficult with the language barrier. After getting into our room, the AC was not working and it was a particularly warm day. That aside, the room was clean and nice, we were just very warm. Only minutes away from the tower.

The hotel is good for the price. However, the tower provided is dirty and very thin, the blanket is very thin as well. The wall between rooms is so thin I can almost hear the other people breathing in the next room.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location, not too far from the airport and quite close to the city centre, bus stop just next to the hotel, also Hertz car hire and two big supermarkets within the walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff and the place very clean. I am very pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

A nice,modern hotel. Small rooms but well designed with everything you could need, air conditioning, hair dryer, small fridge. A fair distance from the centre of pisa but with good bus links, the bus stop is just next to the hotel and passes every 15mins.

Hotel and staff were excellent and we would stay at the hotel again. My only negative comment relates to the poor sound proofing of the rooms. You could clearly hear other guests in their rooms.

we stayed only one night in Pisa with the point being seeing the tower. we had a car so keep that in mind. the hotel is 10-15 minute drive from the tower and close to the highway. I cant comment on its convenience to those without a car. we had a balcony, a comfortable bed and great hot shower. my only grippe is that the check-in was complicated - we arrived on a Sunday and there was no one there so we had to wait and phone and wait for someone to attend and check us in. not a great way to start. beyond that no complaints. for the price i would recommend this as a good spot for a quick stopover in Pisa.
