Elegant business hotel

Business hotel with very spacious rooms, big TV, and a large, clean bathroom. The breakfast area is big and offers a wide selection of meals and beverages. Free parking is available right outside the hotel.

Doors of the room close with a bit of noise, and the surrounding area doesn’t offer many activities or places to visit. Additionally, the distance from Pisa’s city center isn’t walkable.

Bar was not open during NY Eve. We Had one drink due to kindness of receptionist. There was a big group of people also in bar. They drank their drinks from paper cups 🙁🙁.. it should be better organized.

Staff were very helpful

Our room was very dilapidated. Peeling wallpaper, upholstery falling out of the furniture, fridge filthy with a broken shelf, wardrobe interior dirty and bath very plasticky.

We had urgent need of a need of a hotel after being at hospital A&E & just great to find a Marriott.

As always, it was fine.

Bar closed when arrived at midnight. No room service.

Quality hotel for overnight stay.

Nice sized room. Good bar and restaurant area. Relatively good value for money. Gentleman working on reception early morning on Saturday 13th was very professional and friendly and sorted our taxi out to the airport.

A little bit too far out from city centre. Hard plastic wall socket for hair dryer inside bathroom was broken and hanging out of the wall exposing wires and electrical terminals. Reported to lady on reception. Thought we may have been moved to another room but were not.

A good place to stay if you travel by car

Modern. Good restaurant. Good parking. Short distance to Pisa. Really modern and cool bathroom. Spacious.

The AC could only cool, even in heat mode, and it did it so good that we had to turn it off.

Very helpful staff kept the kitchen open to serve food to many people who arrived after it had closed due to cancelled flights from Pisa airport.

Breakfast selection was very poor. Very little available when we went down to heat at 09.00

Would not stay here again.

The bed was hard and the pillows very uncomfortable. The room was BASIC. If you only need stay one night and quick access to the Pisa Airport, this will serve that purpose.

The list is too long: I disliked the bed very uncomfortable, to bath/shower (very slippery), no room service, unappetising menu and the decor criminal given Italian taste.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. Unfortunately, the first night was quite unpleasant—there were many ants in the corner of the room, the fridge wasn’t functioning properly, and 3 electrical outlets out of 5 didn’t work. We requested a room change, but there was no staff available to assist in the afternoon. On the second day, we were given a new room, which was significantly better. However, a major issue with this hotel is the extremely thin walls; it was very disappointing to hear constant noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor.

The hotel is quite dated and for the price range, it offers very little value. But probably still your better bet if you'll be staying in Pisa, which is generally an older town with dated facilities.

Good hotel if travelling by car

Good hotel for a work trip. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is good, there is plenty of parking nearby and the hotel has a private underground parking. With elevators direct to the rooms. The location is good if you’re coming from the motorway, it’s not close to the city centre though.

Nice chain hotel.

A nice and classic chain hotel, with standard and good facilities in a new building, 20 minutes driving to Pisa town centre, the room is quiet and comfortable, parking is free, the pricing is quite reasonable.

The bed is not very comfortable, our king bed is made of 2 small beds and a gap is in the middle.

good hotel for driving to the airport

I liked the location as it was well placed to drive to the airport next morning. Not ideal if you want to do sightseeing in Pisa itself. The bed was very comfy and the room was fine for a city hotel.

Virtually Impossible to get into a room before the check in time as the hotel doesn't tick off the rooms that have been cleaned as they do them. Breakfast was a bun fight and food was not replenished quickly. Only a portion of the dining room was open in the evening as the main part was booked by an outside party. Luckily we got in early enough to have some food before the tables were full.

morning receptionist wasn't too friendly, fortunately the table waiter more than made up for it. The location felt a little bit like a business park, but our walk was very very brief, but were advised transport was readily available so this shouldn't be a real problem.

are you sure this is a marriott hotel? it was a shame to call it marriott smallest and loudest room I've ever been. i could hear all the noise outside the room could not sleep most of the night. reception said we could not call a proper high-class taxi worst location! terrible breakfast!

Good option for Pisa.

Excellent breakfast, very convenient location for the airport and for the city center especially if you travel by car. The staff was very helpful. Clean and big rooms.

We arrived at the hotel 11 pm and there was no any option for food since there was no room service facility option and the kitchen of hotel restaurant had been closed. Around the hotel there was no any restaurant or fast food as well. Only gas stations and a supermarket which it was closed as well since we were very late.

Bad rooms and extra charge

The room did not smell good, and no matter how much we ventilated, the smell would not go away. Some switches didn't even work, and the plugs worked if the light was on. The location was quite far from the center. But above all, the most annoying thing of all, is that they made an extra charge on my account and, despite having contacted them via email, they have not even responded. I will not return.
