Not a lot. There was an overpowering, horrible deodorant, smell, smell in the lobby the whole time we were there so bad that I could barely get through breakfast. The breakfast was very limited to a lot of sweets, and some very cold sausage and scrambled eggs.

Great hotel, but watch out - guests pay for the pool.

This is a very hard review to write. I cannot fault the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room super comfortable. However, I cannot believe that guests have to pay to use the pool.

I cannot believe that guests have to pay to use the pool. I chose this hotel purposely for the pool as I was travelling in the hottest month, August, and I was only in Pisa in passing, all I wanted to do was relax by the pool. There is nothing that states the pool is an additional cost in the Booking.com ad, and this is very misleading. I have checked the ad for the San Ranieri twice and I cannot find any reference to guests having to pay for the pool. I find it pretty misleading to have a photo of the pool as the main photo for San Ranieri Hotel.

Great air conditioning - cool and airy for a visit to Pisa in the heatwave.

Our itinial room was not clean. Staff were quick to apologies and offer another. The room overlooked the bar and restaurant and the music was loud until midnight which kept us awake

Overall we’re were quite pleased with our selection of the property .

The grounds were beautiful. We especially liked the dining area outside. The serving Staff was particularly helpful and efficient.

There was a particular female front desk staffer who was somewhat caustic and aggressive . Interactions with her were unpleasant.

Rooms little bit tired around edges. The building cladding means cant look out if windows! Further out from city centre than i thought, so keep that in mind, definately cant walk!!

The room is OK, the bed is comfortable.

Multiple hair found around in the toilet. Some sort of leakage in the toilet, there was always water on one side of the floor. At breakfast, the hot food was really bad, backed products either frozen or cheap.

Vert nice stay here - but it is a 50 min walk into Pisa town centre so taxis needed to get back

Great hotel, clean, trendy, good location for Pisa airport

The hotel was a bit quiet - no one in the bar, restaurant quiet in the evening. Event on at the hotel for first day and a half so couldn't use the restaurant/bar on those days and not many options nearby to eat/drink - fortunately there was a nice one which the hotel recommended around the corner so it wasn't really an issue.

Very nice place convenient to airport with very good restaurant and excellent staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant very much--nice service and very good food at a reasonable price.

Some things look a little dated, but everything was very clean and comfortable.

Great stay when traveling to Pisa

The breakfast was great. Very good veriety of food and everything is so tasety. It's relatively close to Pisa and has free parking. The rooms were clean and bedas very comfortable. We got two rooms with connecting door which was great for a family.
