Nice & cozy appartment, well located.

Excellent location, exactly in the middle of the distance between the train station and the historic center. A plus is the quietness, having windows in the inner courtyard, not on the street with traffic. Good facilities in the kitchen area and in the bedroom. The check-in/check-out process is quite simple, but expect very long and hard-to-follow messages.

A few improvements would bring another plus: changing the shower cabin (it's old and I found the drain clogged, I took out a lot of hair and unblocked it); changing the refrigerator that makes annoying noises. There are also many warnings in the apartment, and the "no smoking" one is really annoying (you find it in every corner of the apartment) - from the entrance hall you take 4 steps to the living room - and see it again, it seems like suggest that you have memory loss. Otherwise, the interior is nicely decorated and the lights are pleasant.

Host was very attentive. Apartment spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lots of little details like toiletries etc. Central location is ideal for all pisa sights etc.

Great location in the heart of the city

Fantastic location - easy walk to all the city's attractions and transportation hubs. The flat has a very nice vibe, being decorated thoughtfully and with a clear idea. Comfortable and cozy for 2-3 days stay. The host is approachable and very considerate. The place was clean with an easy check-in process. Since it is located on the ground floor it is a bit dark but it is typical for this kind of premises in Italy. Spacious and tidy.

A lovely place.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Relatively close, at easy walking distance, to the train station and main attractions. Accommodation as described. An excellent base for exploring Pisa and also surrounding area such as Pisa Marina, Lucca and a little further afield, Cinque Terre. The accommodation had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Many thanks to our great host, clear instructions and communications.

Perhaps it would help to have some written instructions in the accommodation for the use of the electrical hob and heating if needed. Outside space & patio was small without views, but the setup allowed to open the patio doors.

Super lokalizacja, wielkość (bardzo komfortowy dla dwóch osób), dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, działające ogrzewanie :) dobry kontakt z właścicielką!

Dostępne kosmetyki nie były małym zapakowanym zestawem, a dużymi butelkami, z których korzystali poprzedni odwiedzający. Okna na podwórze, przez co było dość ciemno i ponuro. Przy uruchomieniu dwóch palników na kuchence wybiło korki (ale dostaliśmy dokładną instrukcję, co zrobić w takim przypadku)

Te sientes como en casa

La ubicación es perfecta, a medio camino entre la estación de tren y la torre de Pisa. Hemos quedado muy contentos, no ha faltado el más mínimo detalle y nos hemos sentido como en casa. No hemos echado nada a faltar. Incluso encontramos un par de botellas de agua en la nevera y café de bienvenida. Tanto el cuarto de baño como la cocina contienen todo lo necesario, incluido el gel de baño. La cama es una maravilla, he descansado como nunca y ¿qué decir de la anfitriona? Siempre atenta y disponible en todo momento. Un 10 en todos los aspectos. Lo recomiendo. Gracias Francesca.
