Steps from the train station — perfect for our purposes. Separate AC units in each room, kitchen stocked with snacks, and a very doable 20-minute walk to the Leaning Tower. We arrived before the tour buses and had it nearly to ourselves. Clean, functional, and easy. Nothing wowed us, but nothing needed to for a single night between cities. Host was very communicative via messaging.
The immediate area around the apartment has a rough-around-the-edges feel. We felt perfectly fine the whole time, but worth knowing if that matters to you.
