Highly recommend

Very nice, spacious, modern apartment! Clean. Good instructions. Beds were comfortable. Lots of comforter choices. It was great to have a microwave, a fridge and an oven. Modern bathroom with excellent water pressure. Location was good, near the train station. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a short walk.

Bathroom door doesn't close easily. Construction currently being done on the outside of the building so workers started at 9:00 a.m.

Quaint apartment in an excellent location to enjoy Pisa and all of its surrounding areas.

Perfect location, close to the bus/train station and all of Pisa Centrale. Host was very communicative and provided all necessary information to ensure our stay was comfortable.

The front door lock was tricky to open. Also, would have been even better if the park across the street stayed open longer and the construction was not so close…but all of this is outside of the host’s control.

Very convenient stay in Pisa

Property is in an excellent location for train and bus. It is spacious and convenient . There was great communication with the owner.

We could hardly squeeze into the tiny shower. There was no kettle. Being on the ground floor of a very old building the apartment felt cold and damp even in hot weather. It also is near the front door so you hear the noise of everyone coming and going and climbing the stairs.

Good and cheap for an accommodation in Italy.

The location is really great, just several minutes walking from the train station.

The heating system was not good and it was cold at night. The bedroom-living room is very close to the street and at first floor, so it was noisy when people passed. Earplugs are needed for sure.

Good location, 15 minute walk to the tower. Ok for a short stay.

Building is not in great condition. Kitchen space doubles up as bedroom (not clear from the listing images) and the shower is very, very small!

Cet appartement n'aurait pas dû être loué dans son état actuel.

Très bonne localisation, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare. Appartement spacieux et correctement équipé.

Pendant notre séjour, volets côté rue et côté cour condamnés en position fermée pour cause de travaux de façades. Appartement obscur en permanence. Cet appartement n'est pas, actuellement, en état d'être loué.

Posizione, il proprietario molto gentile, facile trovare parcheggio

L’ho scelto sulla base del punteggio ma onestamente ottimo mi sembra troppo, più adeguato sufficiente nel senso che la struttura è carina ma a parte questo è molto molto basica in più alcune cose non vanno: il lavabo del bagno ad esempio è otturato quindi l’acqua non scende, la doccia perde acqua, gli asciugamani in dotazione sono molto usurati e non è previsto il telo bagno, la tv forse funziona ma con 3 telecomandi e zero istruzioni non è stato possibile guardarla. In più le zanzare spiaccicate su tutti i muri rendono l’atmosfera un po’ tetra così come lo scaldabagno in cucina rende difficile prendere sonno dato che alcuni letti sono posizionati in quella stanza

Se trovate altro è meglio.

Il bagno era abbastanza pulito.

Ingresso dell’appartamento fatiscente e male odorante, appartamento recuperato alla buona, nelle foto fanno vedere una vista su un bel parco giochi ma la realtà è molto diversa, la finestra della camera si affaccia su un cortile privato in condizioni pessime, le persiane impolverate all’inverosimile, bagno piccolo( specialmente la doccia , se una persona è di corporatura robusta non ci entra proprio) bagno a parte anche nelle pulizie si può fare di meglio, lenzuola non proprio pulitissime, per fortuna ne avevamo delle nostre al seguito, tv non si vedono i canali, solo netflix , telecomando appiccicoso, la zona non mi è parsa delle migliori, piena zeppa di extracomunitari xche vicino alla stazione ( ma questo non posso giudicarlo a fondo in una sola notte) non vale certo il prezzo pagato di 81€ notte + 5 € di tassa di soggiorno! si può fare molto di più.

L'emplacement proche de la gare. La salle de bain neuve.

Avoir appris le matin de notre arrivée que l'évier et le lave-vaisselle étaient inutilisables. Heureusement que nous n'y étions que pour une seule nuit.

Per due giorni ci si può accontentare.

Molto vicino alla stazione dei treni e in 20 minuti si è in centro.

Appartamento molto umido e non c'era la possibilità di aprire le ante per le finestre senza tende che davano sul marciapiede. Il bagno molto piccolo e stretto rispetto al resto dei locali. Sulla pulizia ho trovato il water con all'interno escrementi credo di chi avesse alloggiato prima o della donna delle pulizie. In cucina mancano piccole accortezze, tipo strofinacci, spugne e sale da cucina.

Kontakt z właścicielem był bezproblemowy – szybkie odpowiedzi i pomocne informacje sprawiły, że cały proces przebiegł bardzo sprawnie. Odbiór kluczy był dobrze zorganizowany i wygodny, co pozwoliło nam bez stresu rozpocząć pobyt. Mieszkanie czyste, dobrze wyposażone. Polecam każdemu, kto szuka miejsca na pobyt w tej okolicy
