I absolutely loved Pisa, a lovely city with a lovely feel. Apartment was convenient and a great base.

Within walking distance of the local attractions and train station. Good facilities within the apartment which was very clean. Very comfortable beds.

Nothing not to like. If I were to be critical, the shower wasn’t brilliant with fluctuating temperature and not super pressure but really not a problem, it did what it needed to do.

Excellent Pisa Stay: Complete ammenities, Free parking, and Cafe/Supermarket Access

The apartment is spacious and located in strategic area. Free parking, close by supermarket and cafes. It has complete facilities (washing machine, dishwasher, airco, etc). We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Hot water for shower was difficult to adjust, which is the only minor thing to improve.

Nice apartment, but priperly working AC is a must

Very stylish and decorated apartment. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and living room. Towels, bathroom slippers and even toiletries was of good quality. Bottle of wine was very pleasant surprise. The host helped us to book taxi to the airport early in the morning. Everything was almost perfect except non properly working AC…

The AC weren’t working properly and the air they blowed wasn’t cool, therefore it was hard to sleep at night. It ruined all the pleasant vibe of apartment itself :(

It was a little fiddly opening the door to the apartment for the first time - you really need to read the instructions on the lock!

Beautifully decorated apartment! Very spacious! Price was great for a lovely two bedroom apartment! Appreciated the inclusion of complementary breakfast (beverage and pastry) at shop on corner which was open at our extremely early check out time.

Shower was hard to manage temperature. Couldn't find a kitchen trash can. Very minor issues

Can’t recommend highly enough - truly outstanding apartment and host.

Such a beautiful and spacious apartment - had the feel of a stylish hotel with thoughtful touches such as robes, slippers and toiletries whilst offering the home comforts of a well appointed kitchen and lounge/diner. Everywhere is walkable but there is a good bus system with stops nearby and there is also a good supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away. What makes this a stand out property is the care given by host Fabio - the attention to detail in the property was carried through to every aspect of our stay - from being greeted by him and Gabriel, having our bags carried, the apartment explained (Netflix, oven, nespresso machine etc), recommendations and discounts at local restaurants and complimentary breakfasts at the corner bar - just another level of care!

I wish all hosts treated their guests like they do! We were very satisfied.

Modern and very tastefully furnished apartment. The owners paid attention to every detail and waited us with a welcome bottle of wine and cake. They helped us in everything, they also took our luggage up to the apartment and recommended places to eat at a discount. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were coffee capsules, teas, jams, and rusks. The bathroom and bedrooms were a decent size and clean.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. The building where the apartment is located is not attractive from the outside. But these are not the fault of the owners, the apartment is excellent!

Exceptional

We stayed for 2 nights in this lovely apartment before going on the ferry to Sardinia. Fabio and Gabriele were wonderful hosts and we were even able to spent a hot afternoon at the pool thanks to them. We can absolutely recommend this place. There is also a small Italian breakfast provided at the Bar Livorno and you should try the lovely Pizzeria I Preziosa right around the corner.

Il flusso dell’acqua nel lavabo è molto basso . L’abat-jour sul comodino non era funzionante. In generale il sistema luci e’migliorabile.

Das Apartment selbst war schön eingerichtet. Die Fussnähe zum Zentrum angenehm. Wir konnten das Auto direkt an der Straße vor dem Haus parken.

Das Haus lag an einer viel befahrenen Straße und sah von außen wenig einladend aus. Die Küche hätte etwas sauberer sein können.

Tutto una struttura bellissima, camere arredate con gusto e comodi letti, molto bello e pulito. La cucina dotata di ogni comfort; caffè, tea, con terrazzino. Posteggio pubblico sotto casa e colazione al bar sotto casa ottima.

La doccia è un po’ vecchiotta ma pulita.

Für ein oder zwei Tage okay wenn man über die Mängel hinweg sehen kann.

Die Lage: Zentrum (20min.) zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Zahlreiche kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft. Großer Supermarkt (Coop) in ca. 200 Meter Entfernung. Bar/Café direkt neben der Unterkunft. Hier gab es die Möglichkeit, das Frühstück einzunehmen. Schnelles Internet Die Gastgeber waren erreichbar.

Das Gebäude und die Unterkunft sind bereits in die Jahre gekommen und sollten renoviert werden. Die Ferienwohnung weist einige technische Mängel auf! Eine Steckdose im Schlafzimmer liegt offen. Die Verkabelung in der Küche ist ebenfalls ungeschützt. Die Küche ist in einem schlechten Zustand: Geschirrspülmaschine funktioniert nicht ordnungsgemäß, Kaffeemaschine defekt, Küchenutensilien sind unvorteilhaft verteilt (Teller befinden sich ganz oben und sind kaum zu erreichen). Angrenzender kleiner Balkon ist mit alten Gerät zugestellt und der Tisch ist nicht mehr fest verankert. Im Badezimmer ist die Dusche verschimmelt!!! Das Waschbecken weist einen Riss auf und der Wasserdurchfluss ist sehr gering und schwer regulierbar. Die Wohnung war beim Einchecken kalt, da die Heizung zu dieser Jahreszeit ausgestellt war. Dies wurde auf Anfrage jedoch unverzüglich gehoben.

Aux premiers abords l’immeuble n’est pas très engageant , mais une fois à l intérieur c’est un havre de paix 😊 L’appartement est parfaitement décoré, pleins de petites attentions à notre arrivée(notamment des jouets pour les enfants, parapluie) et parfaitement confortable et propre

Le dernier étage sans ascenseur mais confère finalement du calme
