Art Deco' - Sleepwithme - Free Parking - Free Breakfast - Very Friendly Staff

Once we checked in, we found the apartment was very nice. "This is a property that you can't judge by looking at it's cover." Meaning, the building does not look like much along with various surrounding businesses, parking, busy street etc. But once you get inside the Apartment it is a "Shining Gem." The place was immaculate, the amenities provided were exceptional, the bed was comfortable. The apartment was nicely decorated. Fabio left us a Welcome gift of a bottle of wine and breakfast (free gratis) coupons for the Bar Liviona on the corner (which had very nice pastries etc.)

The address (Street Name) was not easily identifiable and the GPS was not sure where we were to go in this very busy neighborhood. There were no instructions through Booking.com on how to check-in, get keys or code or parking info etc. Fortunately, we did have the phone number from Booking.com and called Fabio and he came to meet us which cleared everything up. If he hadn't been able to answer his phone, I'm not sure what we would have done. Once Fabio explained how parking worked it was easy and terrific. Once the room was ready later in the afternoon, Fabio texted us all the needed codes to enter the room along with further instructions. It would be simple to outline a procedure through Booking.com that would alleviate the confusion.

Close to a cafe, bar and shopping center. Beautiful rooms and excellent facilities .

Really well equipped, helpful staff and super comfortable beds.

The location is a bit of a walk from the main part of town but the proximity to the airport is really convenient.

35 minute walk to Leaning Tower of Pisa, 5 minute walk to grocery store.beautiful beds.

The washing machine was broken. The dishwasher was full upon arrival and only half a roll of toilet paper was in the location. The apartment is located on the fourth floor so something to consider when booking. The freezer was full of ice that had melted. The drawers with pots were filthy.
