Exceptional central property

I loved everything about this place. Spotlessly clean and had everything needed for our stay. Roberto met us at the property and was on hand for any issues that may have occurred (there were none). The apartment is very well placed for both rail links and buses. Access is keyless, and granted via a coded locking system, so you don't need to worry about losing keys. The train station is a 10 min walk (with luggage). It is also within walking distance of the Torre Pendente (Leaning Tower).There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity, including a fab little pizza place two doors down. This is definitely a home away from home. I hope to stay here again in the future. Grazie Mile Roberto.

Highly recommend

Everything you need for good good holiday was there, including dishwasher and washing machine, clean and functional .. very convenient for travel from Pisa, train and bus stations are just few minutes walk, walking distance to centre of town.

Great appartrment and location for family and friends trip to Pisa

The appartment is easy to reach from the central train station , only 7 minutes walking, also the same from the city center. It was comfy enough spacious to stay for 7 people and clean. The owner Roberto was very obliging, we arranged everything in advance exchanging messages , we could enter immediately upon our arrival and as well leave our luggage in the appartment to pick them up before leaving to the airport. The caffe across the street has a delicious coffee and pastry should try it!

The sewage smell from the bathroom - but it has nothing to do with the appartament itself since it is the problem in the old city center. I recommend to get one better cutting knife we had some home made sausages to be cut :)

A huge, well-equipped, and perfectly clean apartment with a great host and thoughtful details.

Very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped apartment Host personally handed over the keys – a rare thing these days! Original room names and nice touches like free bottled water Perfect location for our work schedule, though in Pisa, everything is always within walking distance anyway

Occasional smell from the bathroom drain Street noise from a loose manhole cover (Both were minor inconveniences and easy to live with.)

It felt like being at home

Property is Value for the money, great location to everything. 8 minutes to the train station where you get a shuttle service to the airport in under 10 minutes. Staff welcome us was friendly and welcoming.

A great base to explore Pisa and around

Well, we loved EVERYTHING, really. 1. Very efficient and friendly contact with the owners, both personally and over WhatsApp. 2. The location - pretty close to the railway station and a short walk from the river and the Leaning Tower. Moreover, merely 20 metres or so from a tiny pizzeria where we dined enthusiastically a few times. 3. It is a big flat, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room (with a big smart TV) and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and the coverlets a dream! The noise of the trains departing nearby is not really too disturbing. 4. It's all very clean and functional. 5. We would come back in a heartbeat, grazie mille for everything!❤️

There is some sewage smell coming from the bigger bathroom. It seems a broader issue in some areas of Pisa, so I guess there is nothing that can be done about it.

Excellent appartement, hôte parfait, avec du double vitrage ce serait un 10.

A 5 bonnes minutes à pied de la gare, très pratique pour visiter la Toscane en train. Thé, café, miel, condiments pour cuisiner, tout est prévu pour passer quelques jours agréables à Pise. 2 toilettes et 2 douches. C’est parfait.

Avec la proximité de la gare viennent les bruits de trains. Malheureusement pas de double vitrage donc on entend très fort les trains de marchandises qui circulent toute la nuit. J’ai à peine pu dormir la première nuit avant de m’habituer.

Muy bien y cercano a la estacion y a autobuses

El piso esta totalmente reformado y climatizado. Habitaciones, cocina, salon y baño perfectos. Ropa de cama y utensilios de cocina mas que suficientes.

Solamente que no tiene ascensor. Fuimos 6 amigos y todos mayores de 65 años. Nos costó un poco subir las escaleras.

Estancia en Pisa

El alojamiento fue espectacular. Tal cual en las fotos y no le faltaba ni un detalle. Roberto que es el dueño, súper simpático y atento en todo momento. Había de todo lo necesario. La calefacción funciona perfectamente y las duchas también. En una zona tranquila y cerca de todo.

Por ponerle alguna pega, de vez en cuando se escucha el tren de pasar.

Podlahy jsou mramorové, v létě to bude super, ale takhle v lednu je třeba si vzít papuče :)
