Location is great for both sides of the river and parking was a real bonus. Walter was very attentive before we arrived via messages and his dad was a lovely chap, very welcoming and informative. They made us feel really welcome allowing us to pick the keys up early and coming back at check in while leaving our car there.

Prima appartement in het centrum van Pisa, alles op loopafstand te bereiken. Veel extra faciliteiten voor ontbijt aanwezig, koffie, melk, suiker en thee. Maar ook vaatwasblokjes en wasmiddel. Keuken is redelijk ingericht. Parkeren kan op eigen terrein en contact met host was duidelijk.
Groot verbeterpunt is de warmte in combinatie met hoge luchtvochtigheid, waarbij leek alsof airco's niet actief koelde. Afstandbediening van airco kon maar op 1 mode blijven staan en airco's gaven geen temperatuur aan. Veel luchtverfrissers aanwezig en soms ook idee van een 'vochtige geur', daardoor idee dat dit al langer speelde. Duurzaamheid is goed, maar airco die niet koelt is wel onprettig.
