Posizione eccezionale nel pieno centro storico di Pisa, perfetta per girare la città a piedi e immersa in un'ottima atmosfera. Un plauso speciale va allo staff, davvero gentilissimo, accogliente e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza durante il soggiorno.

Purtroppo, la struttura in sé non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. L'appartamento risulta decisamente datato e poco curato nei dettagli: diversi arredi meriterebbero un ammodernamento e una rinfrescata generale. Inoltre, la pulizia degli ambienti avrebbe dovuto essere molto più approfondita, dato che abbiamo riscontrato poca cura nei punti meno evidenti della casa.

Location was perfect for exploring the city, eating out and shopping. Everything was a short walk away.

The property location is amazing hence why we chose it. Only 10-15mins walk to train station. Close to landmarks and endless bars and restaurants surrounding. Primo next door is so cheap and plentiful- extremely popular and easy to see why. A walk away is the square with endless bars and restaurants- excellent value for money and a great atmosphere. The apartment is really lovely but we experienced a lot of issues sadly which unfortunately marred our stay. If these problems were rectified this would easily achieve 5stars.

We had major issues with power outage during our stay. In 12 hours the power had tripped 6times!!! We were extremely conscious of not using appliances unless necessary to prevent outage. The worst would be in the early hours it would trip and we would have no lights nor air con til you leave the property and go to communal hall to reset the switch. At 04:00-05:00 am this is unpleasant. This happened all 3 nights of our stay. From 05:00 the streets are busy with deliveries and street cleaning etc which is normal and the apartment leaves ear plugs to help ease the noise. Once woken from power outage it’s then difficult to get back to sleep. We also had issue with the shower we had to address. All problems were communicated with the hosts and they were extremely helpful and quick to reply but unfortunately the problems were still there during our stay.
