Lots of space, air con in bedrooms, very clean, helpful host, great location

The clue as to the location of the property is in the title but even that doesn't prepare you for the fact that the Tower is a 3 minute walk away! Sabine, the host, who we unfortunately didn't have the pleasure of meeting, was very attentive and helpful using Whatapp and responded to our queries immediately. If visiting Pisa again we will 100% stay with Sabine. The small apartment isn't that small at all, has A/C and a big bathroom. The building entrance opens to all the restaurants close to the tower, easy to get breakfast, lunch or dinner and really excellent value. Thanks Sabine SO much! - Oh and the taxi service was unbelievable - 12 Euros to the airport...

Difficult to find fault, yes its more traditional than modern but all the better for it. Mattress was a little soft but nothing to be concerned about.

It was a little bit hot. Air conditioner did help.

Bardzo blisko do krzywej wieży, dużo restauracji wokół, właścicielka mieszka piętro niżej.

Ręczniki pachniały stęchlizną, niestety po lekkim zawilgoceniu zapach był jeszcze bardziej intensywny. Sztućce były nieumyte, być może niedopatrzenie, w rogu pokoju były pajęczyny. Niestety sugerując się opiniami wybrałam apartament z myślą, że nie będzie hałasów z ulicy, była to opinia o drugim apartamencie znajdującym się na piętrze. Dla gości którzy cenią sobie ciszę, nie jest to dobry apartament. Słychać wszystkie hałasy z głównej ulicy, bez stoperów do spania się nie obyło. W apartamencie znajdują się tylko plastikowe talerze.
