Generally very good place to stay

- excellent location. Just 10min walk from Tower of Pisa. - Safe location - Comfortable and light apartment - well equipped kitchen - good view from balcony

- no toilet paper. First thing was to find shop to buy it. Good that one little shop was just 3min walk. - challenging check in. So, make sure you contact the property in advance. I fallowed advice from previous reviews. But after all goes smoothly. - no kitchen towel so used one of little bathroom towels. - very slow drainage in the shower - unfortunately bedding didn’t smell fresh and one of the pillows smelled of dirty socks. Description clearly shows there is no laundry machine. That’s why we would like to advise the property owner to think about it possibly in the future to get it.

A quick stop over in Pisa

The property is well situated about 10 minutes walk from the station. It was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The view from the balcony was spectacular with the leaning tower of pisa clearly in sight.

We found the checkin procedure very challenging and time consuming, and although it is a requirement by law it caused much frustration within the group. It required us to enter passport details, take photographs of each person with the passport in their hand and then take a photograph of the actual passport. When we finally thought we were done the owner informed us we needed to pay the tourist tax via the form too.All this for one nights stay…We didn’t have any of this stress staying in a hotel in Florence the week before and this would definitely put us off this type of accommodation in the future!

Really great apartment, would recommend, but comms could be better!

The property is spotlessly clean and very modern. Lovely big wall mounted TV with smart features, allowed some Netflix viewing etc. Coffee machine was a lovely touch. Very close to the main shopping and dining areas.

If we used the hob and the cooker at the same time the electricity tripped on the main breaker in the building entrance. I had to reset it myself twice at the behest of the owner. This made self cooking quite difficult, although we only ate in once others who wish to cook may find this more annoying. The water was also turned off one morning without any warning. We couldn’t shower and when I enquired with the owner they said that it was due to maintenance works. We wouldn’t have minded if we had some notice. Also there wasn’t any info regarding bins, and you need a residents card to access the bins across the road. The apartment was amazing, but the communication regarding the points above could have been significantly better and would have really helped our stay. An earlier check in time would have been better too, 4pm is very late in the day, especially when checkout is 10am.

Bardzo brudno w apartamencie. Nie mogliśmy się dostać, zły kod. Dzięki Bogu właściciel nie spał. Brak pościeli założonej na kołdrę. Nietakty ale w zimę w Pizie nie jest za ciepło…. Warunki przygotowane jak na lato. Łazienka niestety brudna, prysznic, opakowania na mydło… szampon bardzo brudne… nie wróciłabym

W obiekcie było brudno, nie mieliśmy wystarczającej ilości ręczników i papieru toaletowego na daną liczę osób. Pościele były nie przebrane, a zlew pod prysznicem zatkany pomimo zgłaszanych komunikatów nikt nie pomógł

Vrlo prljav objekt, nepostojeća komunikacija s domaćinom

Lokacija je izvrsna. Sam stan je odličan, no sve je to uzalud kada je čistoća na niskoj razini kao i komunikacija s domaćinom koji ne odgovara ni na pozive, ni poruke ni mailove.

Razina čistoće je izuzetno niska. Komunikacija je nepostojeća. Nakon rezervacije sam dobila generičku poruku domaćina u kojoj se navodi da će upute za otključavanje dobiti samo gosti koji su se prethodno registrirali do check in-a koji je od 16 sati te da ćemo dobiti link za registraciju. Odmah sam im poslala poruku s upitom postoji li opcija za odlaganje prtljage nakon check outa. Nisu mi odgovorili na tu poruku. Na sam dan check in-a još uvijek nisam dobila link za registraciju te sam se obratila Bookingu za pomoć, bili su vrlo profesionalni i uvjerili su me da će mi pomoći s alternativnim smještajem ako se domaćin ne javi. Domaćin se javio porukom s linkom za registraciju kada sam već išla na aerodrom. Nakon što sam se registrirala, poslali su informacije o otključavanju. Opet sam postavila pitanje o mogućnosti odlaganja prtljage nakon check outa i opet mi nisu odgovorili na upit. Moje iskustvo je vrlo neugodno i povećano time što smo po dolasku u apartman vidjeli da pod nije opran jako dugo vremena, plohe u kuhinji su izmuljane, posteljina zgužvana i nije odavala dojam čistoće, odvod u tušu zaštopan, tuš nije opran. Žao mi je što detaljnije nisam čitala iskustva drugih ljudi. Nikad ne bih preporučila ovaj smještaj.

Tragedia!!! Apartament był tylko pozornie posprzątany. Brudna podłoga, brudne ręczniki!!!!!!!!! Smród wydobywający się że zmywarki. Wyłączająca się płyta grzewcza w kuchni. Nie działała winda a lokal jest na 5 piętrze!!!! Brud w szafkach, pozostawione używane ubrania i pościel. Brak skutecznego kontaktu z wynajmującym. Ignorował zgłoszenia o brudzie i o zacinającym się zamku drzwi zewnętrznych. Zamek blokujący drzwi wejściowe do apartamentu jest elektroniczny. Bateria była rozładowana!!!!! Wynajmującym nie reagował na wiadomości które do niego wysyłałem, nie odbierał telefonu. Pracownik bookings próbował bezskutecznie zainterweniować. Zamiast korzystać z czasu wolnego i zwiedzać miasto Piza, siedziałem w apartamencie w obawie, że nie otworzę drzwi. Dzięki temu odblokowałem drzwi żonie, która próbowała dostać się do środka. Tragedia!!!! Nie polecam. Odradzam. Zgłosiłem roszczenie o zwrot pieniędzy za pobyt. Booking nie potrafi wyegzekwować od wynajmującego roszczenia.

Prekrasan i funkcionalan apartman

Prekrasan apartman u obnovljenoj zgradi kod rijeke i u blizini tornja u Pisi te restorana u uličicama koje vode do tornja. Posjetili smo Pisu krajem veljače. Apartman je bio topao. Mislim da ima podno grijanje. Svaka soba ima dodatni klima uređaj. Topla voda u tušu dolazi brzo.
