Location was excellent. Very large, clean property.
Air conditioning in main bedroom was very noisy.

A fantastic location. Within easy walking distance of the Tower, Duomo and Baptisery and great for shops, bars and restaurants.
Pisa Centrale was a 15-20 minute walk. We caught trains to Lucca (highly recommend a visit), Florence, Livorno and to the Cinque Terre.
The owners communicated well with us and provided a helpful video via WhatsApp showing us how to gain entry.
The property felt really secure with large exterior doors and electric gates.
With temperatures in the mid-30s, the modern air conditioning units in every room kept us cool.
Definitely consider this property if you're visiting Pisa.
