The perfect apartment

What a wonderful apartment . It housed four ladies very well for four nights . Very spacious and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay . Great location with bars and restaurants minutes away - but also very quiet for peace and sleeping . Would definitely stay here again

Highly recommend for families

Very spacious apartment, the photos do not do it justice. Beautifully decorated throughout and very clean. Air con powerful. 2 separate bathrooms (one with shower, one with shower and bath) useful for a family. 5 minute walk from the Leaning Tower. Host readily available to answer questions

Amazing stay in Pisa

This place is amazing! We loved the location-a short walk to leaning tower of Pisa and not too far from the train station. All amenities are nearby too. We loved the decor (especially the ceilings). The property was very clean. The property had everything we needed for a family including a baby. The hosts were responsive and friendly, the check in and out process was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful!!

It was ornate, authentic with a modern twist. The original features like the ceilings were amazing. So nice to see the old features but blended so well with modern comforts. Beautiful bedrooms, spacious accommodation. Hosts were so helpful and very responsive.

As a group of 6 it would be better to have more than one set of keys if possible.

Lovely apartment, brilliant location!

We came away for a girls weekend and we couldn’t have chosen anywhere better to stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious, beautifully decorated and location was very central. Communication with the host was great. He was responsive and helpful. Lovely touches like Prosecco and water in the fridge and toiletries on our arrival. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Pisa in November

The location was ideal for the tourist attractions . The accomodation was excellent and very comfortable. The host could not do enough for us. Communication throughout was superb and Niccolo certainly went the extra mile by arranging our onward transportation. I would highly recommend this property

The host was on site and very helpful at check-in. The location of the apartment could not be better as its a short walk to the main attractions. The decor and cleanliness of the property was first-class.

Exceptional Palazzo

It was extremely clean. it was extremely close to the leaning tower and all attractions- five minute walk. The house itself is a small palace and it’s extremely beautiful. It’s like a museum, very very clean and very, very spacious. In the kitchen, the host left for us free Prosecco, free water, free snacks, besides coffee and tea.

Everything was perfect; nothing to not like. Maybe the fact that I didn’t stay longer.

Beautiful Home providing exception comfort

It was by far the most comfortable on our Europe tour. Every thing about the home was amazing! It actually felt like being at our home. (LOVED the shower!!!) Our host was very communicative, reaching out to us everyday to ensure we were all cared for and had no needs. So many personal touches, 😊♥️🙏 The apartment was located very close to the sites and close to walk. All in all, this has been the best place on our current travels….love, love, love your home!

La Casa Di Monic is a nice clean, spacious and cosy house, with everything needed inside, and most importantly… comfortable beds. The hosts were very caring and helpful, quick to respond. Pisa is beautiful, it was hard for us to leave it. We enjoyed our stay, if we ever travel to Pisa once again, we won’t hesitate and choose this accommodation.

Very nice place to stay. Close to the tower. The owner is very nice, kept contact during our arrival and stay. When we had delay he arranged the self check-in and made sure everything went well. The fridge had cold water bottles and some snacks. The hospitality of the owner is superb and deserves more than a 10!

More than you expect

The apartment is simply specious and huge! It has more than you expect (except aircon what during July was a bit challenging during the night) but there is a lot of fans what helps. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and fully equipped. There is even winę fridge and the host welcomed us with a bottle of DELICIOUS PROCLSECCO!! Location close to the city center also in plus. Absolutelly recomme d!

Wonderful stay at Casa di Monic.

The place is unique with its location within walking distance to the main shopping/dining street on the one side and the Leaning tower of Pisa on the other. The appartment has beautiful fresco ceilings and being a part of a condominium, it is very silent, peaceful and just fantastic. Nicely furnished and equipped with a kitchen providing the possibility to make your own breakfast or cook your dinner at home. Most of all I loved the coffee machine at our avail, as well as the hospitality of Niccoló and Monica - from the moment we booked to meeting us and being available for us if we had questions to ask. Thanks once again for your lind hospitality! We recommend for others to stay at Casa di Monic at any time!!

amazing host.. beautiful apartment.. well maintained, well equipped and well located.. will stay again

the only point to keep in mind is that cars are not allowed to enter the area that leads to the property so you need to park in far distance and walk. if you travel light it won’t be an issue but with several big luggages, that part was not fun! but still manageable and the place is great.

This is a stunning well situate and comfortable property and we would highly reccomemd if you are thinking of booking.

The property has the wow factor, it is spacious, clean, comfortable and well situated. You even have your own garden balcony. Pisa tower is a 10 minute walk, restaurants and bars are in your doorstep. We were a family of 7 traveling with a baby. Our host Niccolo was friendly and very helpful in every aspect of our stay.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we only stayed for 1 night.

The location was great…a perfect distance from the tower so you could visit day and night. Lots of restaurants, close to supermarket and great living area for downtime!!

We had some problems getting the security gate open but the owners were very quick to assist!

Я давно не помню такого восторга от места! 1)Апартамент расположен в самом историческом центре! 2)Очень красивый внутренний дворик! 3) Апартаменты огромные, в историческом здании. Все очень ЧИСТО!!!! Можно ходить босиком. Первый раз я встречаю большой дом, где все так ухожено и продумано! 4) в доме есть АБСОЛЮТНО ВСЕ удобства: ватные диски, ушные палочки, стульчик для кормления, детская посуда, даже мини аптечка в кладовке! 5) На кухне есть чай, кофе, булочки. В холодильнике стояли большие бутылки води и бутылка игристого розового вина! Я путешествую с тремя маленькими детьми и я себя чувствовала, как дома! Все было просто, понятно, логично, но самое классное, что все продумано до мелочей!!!! Хочу выразить свою Благодарность за подаренный восторг и впечатления! Тут хочется остаться жить и наслаждаться домом и жизнью обычных местных людей! Ваш дом - теплый, уютный, стилизован со вкусом! Старинные элементы отделки и интерьера хочется разглядывать и не торопиться ! Все очень органично!

Cet appartement se trouve à proximité de la tour et du quartier de shopping. Malgré qu'il soit au RC, il est calme, et il y a un très joli jardin dans la résidence. La déco est magnifique, les plafonds sont peints, de belles pièces de mobilier, les lits sont confortables, la cuisine est petite mais organisée intelligemment. Bref, tout nous as charmés dans cet appart. Nous y retournerons certainement. En plus du fait que l'hôte a mis des petites attentions gourmandes.

Problème de wifi dans la chambre du bas (en cave).

fantastiskt fin lägenhet på ett fantastiskt läge.

En stor fräsch lägenhet på första våningen. Låg centralt, 5-10 minuters promenad till allt. En fin trädgård. Väldigt tyst och lugnt. Gott om härliga handdukar. Fixade frukost själva i lägenheten. Använde även kuponger. Otroligt lätt o ha kontakt med värdarna med snabba svar på våra frågor. Ett sovrum låg i källarplan utan fönster. Fungerade bra att "lufta" med AC. Sköna sängar. Kan rekommendera lägenheten.

Enligt beskrivning skulle det finnas balkong och terrass. Balkongen var liten max 3 stolar fick plats och ingen terrass med sittplats fanns. Det enda vi var besvikna på då vi trodde det fanns och något vi brukar prioritera. På källarplan var man tvungen att släcka lamporna på väggen på strömbrytare och då slog man av elen på kontakter till sänglampor också. Fick gå i mörker tillbaka till sängen och gick inte o ladda mobiler på natten. Trots detta trivdes vi jättebra där.

Ubicación, decoración,detalles. Limpieza y atención de los anfitriones, incluso nos facilitaron transfer al aeropuerto y la información para dejar el equipaje hasta nuestra salida.También había paraguas además de muchos detalles .Destacaría la calidad y limpieza de la ropa de cama y toallas y menaje.Gracias por la atención!

La habitación de abajo difiere de la comodidad y calidad de las de arriba…pero también está igual de limpia con lo suficiente para la estancia.
