Host was fantastic and communication was second to none. Elisabetta, gave us some fantastic hints and tips.

Its location was perfect for the centre and sightseeing. Would definitely book there again without any hesitation.

Light sleeper so could hear some people walking and talking down the street in the early hours. Don’t get me wrong that could happen anywhere.

Excellent

Perfect location, very near to the leaning tower and other attractions. Very quiet at night. Elisabetta was the perfect host, she sent all the relevant information before our arrival and it was very nice to know that we could leave our bags at the property after checking out, it made our planning for the final day much easier. She also let us check in early and we could feel that she really cared about her guests.

We fell in love with Pisa 🇮🇹

Everything about this property was perfect, from Elisabetta our host ( brilliant communication from start to finish). The apartment was clean, quirky (which I liked) had a lovely garden, which had its own tortoise. The location was fantastic with restaurants/bars in walking distance and it felt a very safe district to walk around. I would definitely recommend to family/friends

Wonderful place hidden in central Pisa

Fantastic host and really helpful to get to know the key areas of the city and beyond. Apartment was great for our family of 4 with plenty of space and our own entrance.

Tge washing machine was broken which was a shame especially because of the heat

An Historic little find.

Great Location, and easy ro find amd get around. The staff were on hand to answer questions and give us help with tourist information. Quite apartment with everything you need including a little dishwasher, all toiletries, Iron amd hairdryer was a great addition. The Garden is lovely and was very pleasant to sit out and having morning coffee in. The cats were an added bonus for us as we love cats. The location was superb for all tourist areas which we loved. Would definitely be coming back.

Unfortunately it was so hot in Pisa (38) most days the apartment was lovely and cool with the air-conditioning, however being a mezzanine bedroom it was way too hot to sleep in for ke, so swapped with my teenage daughter which meant I had to sleep on a small day bed which wasn't really suitable for myself. So another air-conditioning unit or fan at least would help solve this.

A truly authentic place to stay in a fantastic location.

The location is amazing, a quiet street yet close to The Leaning Tower. The welcome by Elizabetta was great, she shared lots of local information. The apartment was stunning and had everything we needed. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone visiting Pisa

Great location for Pisa family trip.

Fantastic location and welcoming host. Apartment had everything we needed including nice touches such as coffee pods and sugar. Some hotels don’t even supply those. Location meant we could easily nip back in for some respite from the 36 degree heat and then back out again for food or sightseeing.

Upstairs bed area was hard to keep cool as the air conditioning didn’t seem to circulate up there.

Everything about our stay was excellent - spotless, comfortable, well-equipped, unique apartment in a perfect location for spending a few days in Pisa. Elisabetta was the perfect host. Great communication throughout, brilliant recommendations for things to do and places to eat/drink. Great value for money too.

Exceptional. Highly recommend

The location of the apartment was excellent. Couldn’t have been better. Few minutes from the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bakeries. Felt really safe area. Elizabetta went above and beyond - I had a minor accident (my own clumsy fault entirely!) and she came with ice packs, sympathy and even did our washing for us! The apartment is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The garden was lovely and great to sit out for breakfast.

Having to leave!!! Not an issue for us at all, in fact we loved the quirkiness, but some guest maybe need to be aware that the access to the mezzanine bedroom is via a spiral staircase.

Great stay in a conveniently located apartment

Apartment was in an excellent location, I found it easy to walk to and from the train station, it was just over 20 minutes to walk. The apartment is also about 2 minutes away from the leaning of tower of Pisa so that was excellent. The bed was comfortable and it was well served with air con, fridge and microwave oven. Host was very friendly, she came to the apartment and talked us through various local places to see and eat, as well as how easy it was to travel to places further afield e.g. Florence, Lucca and Sienna.

The bathroom was a little odd, it was like a pod within the bedroom, so you're very close to the other person using the facilities if you're sat upstairs. There was an issue with the WiFi when we got there, though Elisabetta was very clear in explaining the issue and it seemed to be resolved the next day.

Excellent, spacious, well-equipped apartment. Perfect location, short walk to shop, bars and the Tower. Host very attentive and helpful. Mezzanine floor with bed via spiral staircase needs attention when using, but lovely layout. 20 mins walk from Pisa Centralle station (after 10 mins from Pisa Airport via Pisamover shuttle), or 10 mins walk from Pisa s Rossore station. We had a lovely stay here, and looking out onto the garden was perfect.

Super 👌

Superb location, very close to the Tower yet quiet and calm. Two supermarkets within 2 min walk, plenty of restaurants and cafes. Beautiful garden that provides shade in the sun with flowers and magnificent magnolia.

Stairs to the mezzanine are only for fit people.

Fantastic friendly host. Elisabetta was so helpful with really good suggestions of where to eat and what to do. Was very helpful in ordering a taxi for us to return to the airport. Accommodation was unique in style and in a brilliant location, so near all the main attractions yet so quite.

Wonderful stay

A wonderful experience from start to finish! We arrived quite late and Elisabetta gave us clear instructions on how to access the apartment. The apartment was spotless, with everything you'd need. We mainly ate out but enjoyed the espresso machine and used the plates etc for takeaway pizza one night. You could easily self cater to a greater extent here using the microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. The next morning Elisabetta came to check us on and showed us the beautiful gardens and shared really useful information about where to go and what to do. Pisa is incredible and the apartment is a 2 minute walk from the tower, restaurants, 2 small supermarkets, bakeries and coffee shops. Everything about our stay was perfect, and the apartment was far more than just a base. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable and charming. Sitting in the garden listening to the birds and enjoying a coffee was just bliss. On our last day we were able to leave our luggage and Elisabetta organised a taxi to the airport (10-15 mins, €15-20, couldn't have been easier!) The apartment is also very secure which made us feel safe.

Everything was great, no negatives at all. Our particular apartment would not be suitable for anyone with young children or mobility issues as it has a steep stone staircase (absolutely beautiful !)

Location of the apartment was exceptional. An oasis about 150m from the hubbub of the Leaning Tower of Pisa,with access to a garden space. So convenient. The hostess Elisabetta was extremely helpful, from booking to leaving. Facilities in the apartment were excellent. Would definitely return and recommend for a visit to Pisa. If flying catch a taxi from the airport. Easy access to supermarkets and restaurants.

Great place to start exploring Pisa with exceptional host

Elisabetta was super helpful and gave us nice and very informative guidance to the city on what to see, where to eat, and where to go. Communication with the host was exceptional.

I would suggest small changes, for instance, change sheets to natural ones as these artificial make you sweaty and this could be worse during summer time. Other than that everything was good.

This was the perfect place for us, very confortable, quiet and clean. Elissabetha was excellent, very kind and approachable all the time, she was very nice and polite.

I liked everything but I think the tv was too small and I would just say that the bathroom shower is too small too but not a big deal.

Everything about this property is beautiful and perfect 🤩 making our stay in Pisa a great one. The room was super clean n the bedsheets were very soft and silky. if I’m ever going back to Pisa, I will try and get this same place. The Host was lovely too.

Great location, amazing host, a true gem!

Chiara is the sweetest person I've ever met, she provided amazing tips on restaurants, shops, gelato stores and so on. She was always eager to help us enjoy our stay in Pisa to the max! I was surprised with the room, because it is actually a very private apartment with a kitchen and everything you need for a short stay. It is located so close to the Tower (less than 5 minutes walking) and surrounded by amazing restaurants and affordable souvenir shops, only 15 minutes away from Pisa Central Station by foot, in the heart of the old town. Definitely recommend!
