Great communication by Stefano throughout. Met at the apartment by Mariolina. The location is directly opposite the train station. We booked it because we arriving by train from Florence and leaving the next morning from the airport. It is one minute from the train station and the choice to get to the airport was the frequent shuttle train to the airport or a taxi literally outside the apartment. For this reason alone the apartment would be 10/10. The apartment is spotless with everything you might need for a night or a week. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Mariolina and Stefano were very helpful and friendly - thank you so much! The soacipust apartment has all you would need for a comfortable stay. It is centrally located, right by the train station in a busy area of Pisa. The apartment is on the 4th floor but there is a lift, which is great.

Area by the apartment can get busy and lively at night

The apartment was fabulous. Very spacious with a modern bathroom and lots of little extra touches. It had everything we needed. It was a 2 minute walk from the train station and about a 7 minute walk to the start of the main shopping street with lots of bars and restaurants. It is within walking distance to the Leaning Tower. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a very secure building and we loved having balconies especially the one with a view of the square where the station is so after a day of sightseeing we could sit for a while and watch everyone coming and going. Stefano and Mariolina are exceptional hosts. They met us at the apartment and were so friendly and welcoming. That personal touch is so nice. If I am lucky enough to return to Pisa I would absolutely stay here again.

There was nothing we didnt like.

Size (a whole apartment), location to train station and bag storage, friendly owners. Stefani and Marialina waited for me upon my very late arrival due to flight problems. That was so appreciated.

The lift stop working when we went to leave so we did have to manage our bags down the stairs. It worked fine until then.
