Beautiful Layout

The apartment was spacious and exactly like the pictures. it was a 20 minute walk to the central train station that took us to Venice and Florence. Perfect !! plus the grocery store 2 minutes down the street.

It was more like a 25 minute walk to the leaning tower or a 5 minute taxi drive ......it was advertised differently but definitely worth it.

Great spot for an overnight stay, not far from the airport, but a long walk to attractions.

The actual accommodation was superb. Everything new, clean and very spacious. Received a complimentary bottle of wine which was appreciated. Beds were super comfy. Bathroom facilities great.

The location was a little out of the way and a longish walking distance to attractions and shops. The parking was find your own spot in the street, this should have been better explained.

Not so easy to find, handy to amenities and tower etc.very comfortable and attentive host .

Decor, comfortable all round, extra touches - wine, butter, snacks, coffee, breakfast, toiletries.

No tea towel, no hand wash, noisy upstairs neighbours until very late.

The apartment was great and in a good location, about a 15-minute walk to the Pisa Tower, with free parking and a grocery shop very close by (just a few minutes away). Even though the house is near a busy street, there wasn’t much noise, so it’s a good base for exploring in all directions. The apartment itself has plenty of space, and it was clean and cozy. A light breakfast was provided — a croissant with coffee or juice, which was perfectly fine.

Last morning the restaurant downstairs that provided breakfast did not accept the vouchers, so we prepared breakfast ourselves. Not a big issue, probably just a miscommunication. Household supplies like dishwasher tablets and toilet paper were very limited — enough for only 1–2 nights (we stayed for 5 nights).

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Bed was so comfortable. A nice walk into pisa but out of the hustle and bustle. Next door to a bar/cafe and a supermarket across the road. Free parking right outside the building. Air conditioning in every room.

No elevator and AC not working

Location on main road. Parking is open but near.

Air-conditioning was not working but no help received from the staff. Had a terrible night because of that. No elevator. Apartment is on 1st floor but carrying luggage is a big trouble .

Lovely modern apartment stay

Updated and modern with a very clean interior. To get to the airport it had an excellent location. Located right by a market and 24hr cafe, and amenities are very good quality, all around a great stay.

Amazing apartment in Pisa… absolutely clean, close to the center, free parking… landlord prepared a bottle of Chianti wine for us as welcome, along with some sendwitches with butter and yams… also we had a coffee and tea available st accomodation, and we also recieved coupons for free light breakfast at the “Livorno bar” next door

Beautiful apartment

The host was very responsive throughout our stay. Entry to the unit is via keypad which was convenient for our group. The apartment is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the apartment easily slept six people. Street parking was available. Convenience of having breakfast at the local cafe downstairs included.

Whilst there was a dishwasher and a washing machine no dishwasher pads or a small sachet of washing powder was provided.

We were wrapped up in luxury!

Like boutique hotel - excellent beds, good sound isolation, we slept like babies. And it’s really nice inside too (look at photos!). Free and easy parking on street below…

We are young but old people warning - 15 minutes to Arno, plus 10 minutes to the famous tower (more or less, we didn’t hurry). Not close and not far - the road is straightforward but if you want to be in the center center you will pay more money for less (look at the map and decide).

Convenient stay near the airport.

It was easy to check-in by myself. The apartment was clean. The owner was helpful.

There's a cafe right outside the apartment which is open until late so it was quite noisy. Luckily the bedrooms are on the other end of the apartment so it's not too bad.

Exceptional

Beautiful place! The apartment is close to the river with a very picturesque view. The windows overlook the road (not noisy) and a small Italian street. The apartment is on the second floor, no elevator, but it wasn’t an inconvenience. The entrance hall is nicely kept and beautiful. Parking is under the house on the street. The apartment looks a hundred times better real-life. Very neat and incredibly clean, everything is brand new. Two large bedrooms, comfortable kitchen, lounge and a small balcony with a table where you can sit with coffee in the morning. We were met at the apartment, shown everything and recommended a cafe. Together with the apartment we got a bottle of wine and a free Italian breakfast in a cafe very close by, it was nice. The living room has a big TV (with Netflix and more), a sofa, an armchair and a big dining table. Comfortable beds. Good kitchen with two coffee machines, kettle, microwave, water filter (upon arrival it was already in the fridge with clean water). A writing board with crayons and markers, napkins, several kinds of tea and sugar, sugar substitute, marmalade and toasts to it. A lot of different dishes, cups, glasses, plates, pots, pans, generally very nicely equipped kitchen. The apartment itself is very comfortable, spacious, there are nightlights. Definitely recommended! It was a pleasure to stay, we hope to come again.

Appartamento molto accogliente dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Letti comodi, colazione convenzionata con il bar adiacente. Molto graditi l'omaggio del vino, gli spazzolini, le ciabattine e tanti cuscini!Posizione ben servita. Torneremo.

Nulla se non l'altezza del mobiletto a specchio del bagno troppo alto per chi come noi non supera il metro e 60, ma che non costituisce un problema.

Pobyt był bardzo udany – spokojne miejsce, czysty apartament.

Apartament bardzo czysty i zadbany, położony w spokojnej, cichej części Pisy, około 20 minut spacerem od centrum (Krzywej Wieży i dworca kolejowego). Idealne miejsce dla osób, które szukają odpoczynku z dala od zgiełku turystycznego. Na powitanie gospodarz zostawił wino oraz drobne przekąski (suchary i dżem), co było bardzo miłym gestem. W apartamencie znajduje się ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, ekspres przelewowy oraz pralka – wszystko, co potrzebne do wygodnego pobytu. Śniadanie w cenie w pobliskim barze (croissant i kawa) – może niezbyt obfite, ale sympatyczny dodatek. Ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany.

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń – wszystko było w porządku. Apartament spełnił moje oczekiwania pod każdym względem.

Appartement spacieux, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner au bar juste en bas. À environ 20 minutes à pied du centre. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, tout était parfait, je recommande sans hésiter!

Riktigt snyggt designat. Superfint boende! Nespresso och hårt bröd med marmelad, gott! Tofflor, tandborste och duschartiklar i söta påsar. Enkel frukost på cafet nedanför. Lite långt att gå (i alla fall när man ska gå hem) och med barn (25-30 min från tornet) SKÖNA KUDDAR!

Apartamento reformado, cuidando mucho los detalles en cuanto a decoración. Habitaciones amplias y muy importante, las camas muy cómodas. Ubicación un poco alejada del centro, pero en coche llegas en 5 minutos. En general estancia muy agradable. Recomendable.
