Location and internet
The hot water was on and off during my bath. Not sure how I could survive if this is in Winter. Very limited provided bath stuff like shampoo, body wash.

This place is all about location. It is 5min from the tower but at the same time very close to the town centre. One thing ro mention is a stuff was extremely helpful. If I had any questions I got reply back within few minutes.

Definitely disappointing. Was Nothing like the photos, but if you want something close you got that.
The location was amazing, the customer service overall was nice.
First we had to walk really far from the apartment to get the key. The apartment was cold and took 2 days to heat up the floors cold and we had to walk bear foot to move around. The bathroom was the smallest we have ever been with mold and the shower lacking water pressure.

The property has a good location. 5 min to Pisa leaning tower. Pretty clean. We had a great breakfast at Dolce Pisa and Filter Coffee lab.
We did not like the fact that we had to go to another location to take the key. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment. We barely could sleep all 3 nights. Would be nice to put mosquito net to the windows. Also the button from the toilet was hard to press.

Pessimo in tutto, sconsiglio di avere contatti con questa struttura.
La posizione, era vicina all'ospedale Santa Chiara.
Il rapporto con il titolare e stato pessimo, molto offensivo, la struttura sporca specialmente il bagno, sono mancati i dovuti ckit di accoglienza, il letto della terza persona era da buttare infatti mio fratello e dormito per tutto il tempo sul divano. Scriverò una lettera accompagnata dalle foto.
