Exceptional location

Location was amazing you could see the tower from the shower 😁. Comfortable beds, great space for 4 of us clean and warm. Great communication with hosts, easy check in and accommodating to our needs. Local information provided with check in instructions nice touch .

Building work ongoing nearby and outside space needed a spruce up but would stay again.

Short stay at nice apartment very close to Piazza dei Miracoli

It was a very short walk to the Piazza dei Miracoli, which has all the main attractions including the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It was very roomy and on a quiet street. The staff was accommodating with our luggage as we booked at the last minute.

In the middle of the night I was woken up by a loud ringing sound that would not stop , I thought it was an alarm , but after checking things out it turned out to be the front door intercom phone. I just took the phone off the hook to solve the problem.

comfortable, quiet stay

The location was perfect, extra mure but at walking distance of the old city. We could park our car near by in free and secure premises. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and we were very happy to stay there. Due to the short time we had available, we only stayed one night, but nex time in Pisa we would stay longer and for sure choose Da Vinchi's House.

Location was superb.

Apartment was a little basic but had everything we needed for a one night stay. Whilst air conditioning was provided in the lounge area, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms which made sleeping uncomfortable.

It was a lovely clean apartment and very very near to the tower. The host was super helpful and gave us loads of information and we thoroughly recommend the city wall walk but take some water with you

The lack of air-conditioning in two of the bedrooms was an issue for us and likely to be for others going forward given how hot summers are. There was also a lot of building work going on so if you wanted to stay in the apartment during the day that could be an issue, but you’re in Pisa so why would you??

The location is excellent, close to everything you might need. The hosts are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful – truly outstanding! The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Quiet location but very closed to main touristic attractions and restaurants

Pisa is a nice destination and we traveled first time there. This why I have appreciated very much the owners help. Any question was answered quick and precise. The house is walking distance to most important attractions but in a quiet zone. Also railway station Pisa San Rossore and PAM supermarket at walking distance(less then 10 minutes).

Great location, nice hospitable apartment with parking

Bedrooms were very cosy, all had fans. The entire apartment had a personal touch and was very clean. The two hosts, Matteo and Laura were very friendly and hospitable, they did their utmost to make us feel comfortable. Also left complimentary snacks. Very close location to Pisa tower - a very short walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Only negative was the mosquitos around the front garden and gate. Although the hosts were kind enough to leave mosquito sprays near the front door and devices inside to kill the mosquitos. Also had screens on all windows and doors.

Soggiorno deludente con muffa sul soffitto

Struttura carina, posizione comoda. La ragazza con cui abbiamo parlato é stata molto gentile.

Eravamo in 5 con e camere da letto 2 bagni , purtroppo nella mia camera singola c'era parecchia muffa su quasi tutto un lato del soffitto. Abbiamo chiamato il gestori , i quali hanno cercato altre sistemazioni. La prima si trovava in una zona non adatta, la seconda non era adatta per cinque persone. Quindi ho dovuto abbandonare il gruppo e cercare un'altra sistemazione alle ore 23:00 . È un vero peccato perché lo spazio per il gruppo era adeguato, ma la mancanza di cura della struttura ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno, inoltre i miei amici non hanno potuto usufruire del Wi-Fi.

Cómodo apartamento cerca de la torre

Excelente ubicacion a 5 minutos a pie de la torre en un condominio tranquilo sin ruido de noche.. Muy comodo y amplio con 3 habitaciones y 2 baños completos. Muy luminoso. Bien equipado. Anfitriona amable y accesible. No apto gente con movilidad reducida ,se accede por escaleras.

No anduvo el wifi toda la estadía y no lo pudieron arreglar.Obra ruidosa en construcción al lado, no molesta antes de las 9 AM.

Κακή εμπειρία … η ιδιοκτήτρια μας ζήτησε να απολογηθούμε κιόλας για την φασαρία και το παρκάρισμα την στιγμή που τα τρία

Δεν είχαμε αρκετή ζέστη… μόνο 14,5 βαθμούς και έξω είχε μείον… παγωμένο το σπίτι όταν πήγαμε και δεν μπόρεσε να ζεσταθεί μέχρι και την ώρα όπου φύγαμε την άλλη μέρα … μόλις 14 βαθμούς…επίσης φτάσαμε αργά λόγω της κακοκαιρίας, κατεβάσαμε τα απαραίτητα και κοιμηθήκαμε αμέσως.. μέχρι να γίνει αυτό ο γείτονας χτυπούσε συνέχεια τους τοίχους και κάλεσε και την αστυνομία προκειμένου να μας γράψει που είχαμε παρκάρει στην εκεί γειτονιά χωρίς μάλιστα να ενοχλεί το αμάξι..

soggiorno di una notte con famiglia

ho soggiornato in questa struttura con moglie e due bambini. E' una villetta che sta a 4 minuti a piedi dalla Torre, ma in una via residenziale molto tranquilla e silenziosa, appena fuori le mura del centro storico. Per entrare nell'appartamento bisogna fare due rampe di scale, ma niente di chè (una decina di scalini). C'è il parcheggio gratuito davanti casa, ma purtroppo stavano facendo i lavori e abbiamo parcheggiato gratuitamente a 7-8 minuti a piedi di distanza (nessuna tragedia :)). Abbiamo apprezzato le dimensioni molto comode della casa, l'arredamento era funzionale ed esteticamente molto equilibrato, sembrava di stare a casa nostra. Il terrazzo è stata una chicca molto piacevole. Tutto molto pulito, stanze, cucina e bagni in ordine. La proprietaria cortese e disponibile, ci ha dato molti suggerimenti. La consiglio vivamente a chi necessita di vicinanza al centro, comodità di spazi e tranquillità. Se dovessi tornare a Pisa, lo sceglierei di nuovo.

La ricevuta non era corretta, e il gestore non ha più risposto alla mia segnalazione in merito. Non conteneva una riga con la voce dell'imposta di soggiorno, ed erano indicato 2 persone invece di 5.

Skvělá lokalita k návštěvě Pisy. Asi 5 minut chůze od šikmé věže a centra města. Apartmán byl dostatečně velký pro naši rodinu, velmi čistý, pěkný. Ochotný hostitel. Detailní instrukce ke vstupu do domu.

Excellent accommodation but very irate neighbour.

Location great, excellant facilities if you want to cook breakfast.

The only problem was the neighbour under the apartment was very irate if we spoke above a whisper, we arrived late and were talking, but the neighbour kept banging the ceiling with a stick.

Boa localização, camas confortáveis , dois banheiros foram essenciais para nos 4 Entrada (externa/ jardim) da casa estava mal cuidada. A Sra. Que nos recepcionou (não lembro nome) foi bastante condescendente nos deixando entrar antes do horário do check in

Très bon séjour, aussi court soit il. Très bon emplacement, très proche des commerces ainsi que de la tour à pied. Logement très propre, calme, confortable, situé dans une impasse avec stationnement devant la résidence. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

È bello sentirsi nel posto giusto al momento giusto.

L'appartamento è di gran lunga migliore di come appare nelle foto. Per non parlare della posizione, a due passi dal duomo di Pisa e dalla torre Pendente. Parcheggio privato sia all'interno che all'esterno della struttura. Camere spaziose e curate nel minimo dettaglio, così come tutta la casa. Colazione offerta. Tutto perfetto, Host disponibilissimo e gentile. È bello sentirsi nel posto giusto al momento giusto.
