A lovely stay in the hearth of the city.

This unit has an excelent location, close to everything, right in the heart of the city. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. It was warm inside where outside were 0 C as the heating system did its job properly. The kitchen had enough utensils for a short to medium stay. The bed is confortable. We had a very accomodating host that allowed us to keep the luggage in the premises a few hours after the checkout.

Not fit for purpose!

Spacious, central location

Mould inside 2 pans, stove wouldn’t work, 3 power cuts even though AC and all lights out, uncomfortable bed, loud AC that clicked on and off all night sounding like gun fire, shower kept flooding. Not fit for purpose! Unhelpful communication when we couldn’t cook. Had booked with kitchen due to kids’ food allergies and diabetes. Got zero sleep! Poor utensils and no basics provided like other apartments. Locks were temperamental- 2 families were struggling outside with us to get back in. Beds are like camp beds- so uncomfortable. 4pm is very late for checkin

Wouldn’t stay there again, reparations and improvements needed.

The location was nice and the room was spacious.

The air conditioning in the bedroom and living room were not working, so it was very hot sleep. Also, the bed broke during my sleep at night. After checking I saw it was made of poor quality materials. It was a very pleasant experience to wake up with a big bang in the middle of the night. I would certainly would not book this place again.

Entry system was sporadic - required good internet connection. Taxi driver struggled to locate it as it’s in the pedestrianised area - instructions to drop off by a near by cafe bar would be good. Didn’t use the kitchen other than looking for some wine glasses (to make use of the outside area) but nothing available. A few wines glasses would be a good addition.

Nice apartment near Pisa tower

+ Conveniently located close to the Pisa tower + Easy to arrive by bus from Pisa centrale + Several nearby restaurants + Checkout time is 12 pm (most other apartment has 10 am) + Ability to store luggage after checkout + Helpful reception staff + Nice sitting are outside

- Only 1 bathroom for 6 people and it was bit small (bidet was broken) - Can get noisy until late night because of a restaurant/pub nearby - Too much work to register all the guests in their online system to be able to complete check-in - No air conditioning (as of 2025 May) and it can can quite warm in the summer

Beautiful little apartments in a fantastic location. Decor was super cute and cosy.

The door fitting to get in was difficult due to poor internet conection in this street, but the door was answered when i rang the bell so worked out great.

Adventure, pleased and managed to rest well.

Nice, spacious, clean, central place

All was great, I only dislike that it was not clear which door was as the navigation of our phones were not clear, it was saying we are there but we were staying by the restourant 20 metres away. It was hard to understand where the property was as there were little streets in all directions from where Sats Nav was giving the place. I wish it was more info as clear photo , of outdside door picture or anything and instructions whete the properyy was. Luckily group of friends were celabrating in one of streets. After 29 minutes walk around I approached these people and they helped us and walked us to the property. Bless them, can not thank these kind local people enough. xxx

Really wonderful. Loved it and wish I stayed longer. If I return to Pisa I would stay there again..

The location was excellent. The attention to detail and the vibe of the place both inside and in the entrance was lovely. Got a bit confused with the street access but didn’t help that my phone ran out of battery when update came through. I would however recommend to all my friends

The bed was hard so perhaps a mattress protector would give it an extra layer and quality feel. Not your own bed is always difficult but pillows and mattress could be more comfortable.

Quirky and Comfortable Apartment!

We loved everything about this place and which we had of booked longer. Had everything we needed and in a great location. Loved the different themes in the rooms and outdoor area.

The lock on the front door and a little bit of noise of a night on outer rooms from the restaurant downstairs.

Excellent last minute stay with fantastic, attentive staff who helped save the day!

The staff were amazing. Our flight was cancelled and we were scrambling for somewhere to stay for the night, so we booked less than an hour before arriving. They were on the phone helping us through all of the contactless check in whilst it was pouring with rain. V.thankful to them for their help, especially as it came during a very helpless stranded traveller moment! The property itself was great, modern and super clean. Loved the bathroom too. Great value for money. And great location near delicious restaurants and coffee spots. And river if we had more time to explore.

The only slight issue, which would’ve been fine if I had earplugs, was that the AC unit was v.loud and possibly broken as it didn’t seem to cool the room all that much. But this was only a slight issue.

Great location but some things needs to be mentioned on the advert

The location was great. Easy to walk everywhere and restaurants just outside. A little hard to get taxis as it was in a small but quiet lane. Not too much noise unless the other guest (there are 3 apartments together) are outside in the courtyard. Check-in was easy with an app (you will need the internet) or a code. But to enter the apartment, you have to take some steep stairs up (no lifts) which can be an issue for less able people, and large pieces of luggage (had to help a lady with her bags up). Oksana, the cleaning lady spoke no English but was super helpful and kind! The bathroom was clean. The shower had good water pressure and was nice to take a shower in. The kitchen was small but adequate. Wifi worked great.

The TV in the living room was too small for the distance of the couch, so had to move the couch closer to watch the TV and turn up the sound due to the air con noise. Even though the advert offers 2 beds (1 double in the room and 1 sofa couch), they wanted an extra €40 to "set the sofa bed up" for you which I felt was misleading because if you book for 2 friends, you have to share a bed! This should be mentioned in the advert! There are 2 air con - one inside the room and 1 in the main living area. The air cons are connected (no idea why it was done like that) which means if you use the room air con, the living room one still functions even if you turn it off. The living room air con was loud.
