Very comfortable

It was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to our questions and queries. It was a short was to the city centre and in a very quiet area.

There is no lounge/seating area and the kitchen is very small. This was perfect for our short stay (2 nights) but not suitable for a longer stay with children.

Très bon séjour malgré le fait que cela ne soit pas un véritable appartement.

Bel appartement avec trois chambres. Hôte très réactif et disponible. Situé à environ 20 minutes de marche du centre historique. On peut également prendre un bus. Supermarché à côté.

Ne pas mettre appartement pour la réservation ! En fait, il y a 3 chambres ( très confortables dont une avec salle de bain et toilettes ), une autre salle de bain et une toute petite cuisine. Apparemment, il faut demander à l'hôte à l'avance pour cuisiner car on ne pouvait rien faire cuire. C'est ok pour prendre le petit déjeuner . Il n'y a pas de salon. Ce serait sympa de mettre un micro ondes à disposition. Les places de parking sont dans la rue avec horodateur ( de 08h00 à 14h30 et 0,75E/heure )

Comodità e ospitalità al top. Base ideale anche per il Lucca Comics!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Migu Point durante il Lucca Comics e l’esperienza è stata ottima. La posizione è uno dei primi punti di forza: alle porte di Pisa, facile da raggiungere e con parcheggio sempre disponibile lungo la strada. Nonostante l’assenza di un posto auto privato, ogni sera (anche arrivando tardi) abbiamo trovato posto senza difficoltà. Per raggiungere Lucca i 20–25 minuti di macchina sono un compromesso ideale: abbastanza vicini, ma lontani dal caos e dai prezzi esagerati della città. L’appartamento è spazioso e comodo, perfetto anche per gruppi come il nostro (eravamo in sei e ci siamo stati bene). L’unica mancanza è un’area comune, ma visto che eravamo fuori tutto il giorno non è stato un vero limite. La casa era molto pulita all’arrivo, con asciugamani freschi, tutto il necessario e anche cialde del caffè offerte con la macchinetta già pronta. I bagni erano puliti e funzionali; solo la doccia del bagno in suite aveva un getto un po’ debole e consigliamo un controllo. Per il resto, tutto in ordine. Il vero valore aggiunto è l’host. Il Signor Guido è stato sempre gentile e disponibile via messaggio, senza essere mai invadente. Prima del nostro arrivo ci ha inviato un PDF ricchissimo di informazioni, da noi ribattezzato “la Bibbia del Migu Point”, con istruzioni per il self check-in, regole della casa, consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Grazie a quella guida non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di fargli domande: era tutto spiegato in modo chiaro fin dall’inizio. In sintesi, Migu Point è una base ideale per visitare Pisa o raggiungere eventi come il Lucca Comics: comoda, pulita, ben collegata e con un host che fa davvero la differenza. Ci tornerei senza esitazioni!

Grand appartement à Pise très bien situé

L’emplacement, le parking (facilité et bon marché), la taille de l’appartement

Pas d’espace commun et petite cuisine sans micro ondes et pas assez de place pour s’assoir pour 6 personnes. Le matelas de la chambre l’artista est à ressort et pas confortable.

Perfetto

Siamo stati bene da Guido, nel cui alloggio abbiamo trascorso 2 notti. L'appartamento è confortevole e climatizzato benissimo considerato il periodo invernale. Inoltre lui è molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, con tanti piccoli accorgimenti che fanno la differenza. La casa dista 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Pisa e noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. Guido grazie per tutto!

Buona la posizione

Buona la posizione, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Sotto casa disponibilità di parcheggi. Gentile il proprietario.

L’appartamento non era pulito (soprattutto la cucina e le stoviglie). Ci siamo accorti che in nostra assenza qualcuno è entrato in casa per raccogliere i panni stesi e ha stirato in quanto il ferro da stiro è stato lasciato sul pavimento a raffreddarsi.
