Very convenient for visiting The Tower.Francesco is a great host who recommended many local places to visit including the best restaurant in Pisa(San Leanardo-300 metres from the apartment)...away from the tatty restaurants near the Tower.
Front door needs painting...maybe green?Discouraging first impression.Needs a small coffee table too.

The location was great — just a 10-minute walk from the centre. The room itself was lovely and clean, and overall the space was comfortable
If you’re staying on the ground floor, be prepared for quite a bit of noise from guests coming and going, as well as staff conversations in a morning and banging etc, One disappointment was that, after staying for six days, we were unable to leave our luggage on the final day while waiting for our late flight. We were told it wasn’t a convenient time due to guests coming and going, which felt a little unaccommodating considering we too had also been guests for 6 days despite there being a room available on booking.com (wasn’t fully booked) Overall, a nice place in a great location, but the hospitality could be improved.
