Spacious 2BR 2 Bathrooms 650m from Tower Modern Quiet

I had the pleasure of staying in Anna's apartment during my trip to Florence, and it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. One feature I particularly appreciated was the washing machine. After travelling for several days, it was wonderful to be able to wash and refresh our clothes. The apartment also has two bathrooms and two toilets, which was ideal for the three of us, allowing everyone to get ready quickly each morning without any delays. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly, including the fridge, cooker and air conditioning. The bathrooms were modern, beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean, making our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent. Buses stop right outside the apartment, making it very easy to get around. The train station is only a 10–13 minute walk away, and we happily walked there each time as the neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and safe. One of the biggest highlights is that the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the beautiful Piazza dei Miracoli, including the Basilica, are only about an 8–10 minute walk away. The area is full of restaurants, cafés and places to explore, making it a fantastic base for sightseeing. Anna's communication was outstanding. She provided clear, detailed instructions before our arrival, including directions and key collection information. Everything was explained so well that I never needed to ask a single question throughout our stay. That alone shows how organised and thoughtful she is as a host. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return in the future. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. It deserves a perfect 10/10 rating!

Localisation au top, contact avec Anna rapide et facile, a toujours répondu à mes demandes Dans l’apartement tout était prévu. Nous avons passer un trés beau séjour

Rien à dire (sauf qu’un robinet ne fonctionnait pas mais bon c’est un petit détail, le reste était super)

Arredato molto bene e completo di tutto il necessario. Molto apprezzato anche dalle mie figlie, per la quantità di libri e peluches che avevano a disposizione. Posizione perfetta. Parcheggio un po' stretto, ma molto utile.

Se devo trovare un difetto, solo il letto matrimoniale, non è troppo comodo, ma niente di eclatante.
