This apartment is ideally located for exploring Pisa. It’s on the first floor, which is perfect since the building has an elevator. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with everything you need if you want to cook at home, and the window shutters keep out the heat from outside. The balcony is perfect for enjoying a drink or taking in the view of the nearby piazza. The apartment offers easy access to Pisa's main attractions, and there are several restaurants on the ground floor where you can have dinner.

Great location. Spacious 2 double bed flat we hadn't realised as only needed 1 room. Aircon worked well. Clean. Get a panini from the cafe on the corner they are excellent!
Similar comments to noise proofing but it didn't bother us as it is typical for staying in old town buildings in the heart of the city so not the hosts fault. We stayed Friday and Saturday night think it would be quieter on other days. One of the beds was rock hard and only one pillow per person per bed. Luckily there were only 2 of us so we used the comfy bed and all the pillows but I would not have been happy if I needed to sleep on the hard mattress.
