Excellent location. Restaurants and bars close by. Near to cultural sites. Bedrooms big and comfy.

Only point is street noise Friday/Saturday. But ear buds worked.

A one night destination

It was very clean and our host was accommodating.

It was as noisy as can be. It is a college town and the walls and windows to the outside and extremely thin. You could hear people walking all day long, talking, and even washing dishes. It is not great if you value your sleep. My husband used earplugs and could still hear things.

A great place to stay in the heart of the city and if you don’t mind some noises

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups. Having three fully equipped bathrooms is a big plus, and the living area offers enough space for everyone. The apartment has been tastefully renovated in a historic building, and the location is excellent for exploring the city, with many shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The host was very kind and welcoming and the communication has been smooth the whole time. The apartment was clean and equipped in a simple but sufficient way. You can notice that it has been in use for some time, as a few small details are not perfect (for example, one light bulb was not working and some fittings were a bit loose). Nothing dramatic or that impacts the stay, but worth mentioning if you are particularly details-oriented.

The only drawback is the noise: being right in the city center, it can get quite loud both during the day and at night, especially if the windows are open. Also, please note that the apartment is accessible only by climbing a fairly steep flight of stairs.

Fantastic authentic apartment in a wonderful location in the city - thoroughly recommend if you want to see Pisa - only a 10 minute walk to the main train station! Nicely decorated throughout with modern en-suites. Very helpful and prompt communication with the owner when we were arriving and leaving.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Pisa

The apartment is so spacious! 3 big double bedrooms 2 en suite plus another bathroom. It suited our group perfectly….the location was ideal, a short walk to the tower in one direction and the station in the other. Communication with Sandro was excellent, they were very responsive to any questions via WhatsApp which was so reassuring. We all had a fantastic weekend here and would definitely recommend.

Loved Pisa - we'll be back.

Property is lovely and modern with everything you need. Location is amazing, i.e. main shopping area is just around the corner. Lots of restaurants, shops etc. on your doorstep. Leaning tower is 20 mins walk away.

The only point to note is because it is city centre, there's a lot of street noise. There's a square just behind the apt which had a lot of noisy activity for 2 of our 3 nights. There's nothing the owner can do about this but if you're a light sleeper or you're planning an early night, bring the ear plugs! A safe in the apt would have been a bonus but otherwise it was just perfect.

Bardzo dobry apartament w bardzo głośnym miejscu

Duży, przestronny i bardzo komfortowy apartament. Trzy osobne sypialnie plus przechodni pokój i łazienka przy każdym pokoju. Do tego salon z kuchnią i balkonem. Super wygodne łóżka, rewelacyjna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Z lotniska 30 minut pieszo. Bardzo, bardzo miły gospodarz, cały czas dostępny.

Ogromnym minusem apartamentu jest HAŁAS, ale taki hałas, jakiego nigdy wcześniej nie słyszałam. Apartament zlokalizowany jest na 1 piętrze, ale poprzez swoje położenie ma się wrażenie, że rozmowy i hałas jest dosłownie w pokoju. Ja nadal wybrałabym ten apartament, ale warto mieć tę informację przed przyjazdem.

Idealny apartament dla większej grupy turystów. Każda sypialnia miała swoją prywatną łazienkę. Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny. Wszędzie bardzo czysto. Doskonała lokalizacja.

Her kan vi godt bo igjen

Likte de svære rommene, bad tilknyttet til hvert rom. Likte utseendet med bjelker i taket og det hjemmekoselige preget. Likte også beliggenheten på ett vis, men når man bor såpass sentralt må man regne med å høre byen i alle døgnets tider. Verten var veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende. Svarte raskt på henvendelser.

Likte ikke "dobbeldyna" vi hadde på 25 på aircondition men frøys mye, dyna var ett laken, dette er filleting selvsagt. Ekstremt lytt, men det er fordi vinduene er gamle og lite isolerte.

Casa muito espaçosa e ótima para estar com família/Amigos e ter privacidade na mesma.

O isolamento do som. como é muito central (isso é otimo) durante a noite andam muitas pessoas na rua e ouve-se tudo no interior dos quartos. Ouve-se muito barulho da rua durante a noite.
