Very nice place to stay
Apartament was very close to city Centre and Pisa Central Stacione. Evry attraction was walking distance from the apartament. Terrace had wonderful view. If the weather was better we could eat breakfast there. Apartament has everything needed when you stay here for the break.
We couldn't understand the way of managing the heating in the building. One day heater were warm ant the other day when the weather was colder, they were not. It was not a problem as therebis and airconditioning and additional electrical heaters and you can ust it if needed.

The space in the apartment, the privacy and the location. All excellent
Getting in and out of the property due to the door lock being very tricky to open. Also, the outdoor door out if the apartment was also tricky to open. Also, they could leave at least some tea or coffee sachets

Super-big penthouse for a very realistic price in an excellent location!
Super-spacious apartment at the top (6th) floor: it's quite a feeling to start or end your day at the terrace above the city! The apartment is also well equipped and has a top location inside Pisa's historical center.
One warning for the ones not reading too much about driving or parking in the city: the accommodation is in a restricted zone (ZTL), so you might want to be careful and stop at the nearest parking garage (Piazza V. Emanuele) which is quite close, approx. 200m. This info is unfortunately not part of the description at booking.com (yet).

Weinig fijne zitmeubels op het terras, beperkte keukeninventaris, je kunt niet met de auto bij het appartement komen gezien verkeersregels van de stad, maar op 100m is wel een parkeermogelijkheid

Némi gépészeti javítás után egy szuper lakás lenne, kellemes teraszokkal, tágas szobákkal.
Jó elhelyezkedés, mindenhez közel, de nem zajos helyen. Világos, üde, tágas lakás. Szép kilátás, szuper terasz.
Az elektromos hálózat gyenge, ha a hajszárító mellé még az indukciós tűzhelyet is bekapcsoltuk, akkor lecsapta a biztosítékot, és az áram az egész lakásban megszűnt. Kommunikációban nem erős a lakást gondozó iroda. Igazi kommunikáció leginkább whatsApp-on működött. Nekünk kellett a főbiztosítékot visszakapcsolni, ami a ház földszintjén volt. A víznyomás időnként kevés, enyhe sugárban folyik a víz. Az egyik hálóban a redőnyt nem lehet lehúzni, a tokba be van szorulva. Hangos a ventillátor a WC-ben, illetve a vízmelegítő bojler visszatöltése a fürdőben. Egyszemélyes ágyneműt kértünk, ennek ellenére a két franciaágyas hálószobában dupla ( egy közös nagy) kaptunk. A szemét levitelét kérték, de nem kaptunk a konténerhez kártyát, ami Pisaban kell ahhoz, hogy a szemetet ki tudjuk dobni a tárolóba.
