We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it!
The apartment is spacious, modern, and very comfortable. It has a large outdoor terrace as well as an additional balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Having two bathrooms was a great advantage for our group of six friends.
Everything was clean, quiet, and felt very safe. During the hot August days, we especially appreciated the air conditioning, which made the apartment a perfect place to relax. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The location is excellent—just a short walk from the pedestrian street leading to Pisa's main attractions, and also very close to the central train station and the bus station.
Overall, we had an excellent experience. Our group of six friends truly enjoyed staying here, and we would happily choose this apartment again!
Our only suggestions would be a slightly later check-out time, as 10:00 a.m. feels a bit early when you're on holiday, and clearer instructions in the apartment about waste sorting and disposal.

What was a really welcome entrance is that the airconditioning was turned on as the heat outside was incredible.
It is a super spacious and stylish decorated apartment. Plus the location is perfect: close to train station and an easy walk to the tower. The neighborhood has nice little shops for food.
Only little things that could easily be improved:
We wanted to separate the rubbish but there was no instruction. Instructions on how to use the stove would have been handy too. There is a washing machine but it doesn’t reach the plug and there is no lead. In general, the house manual could have more explanations. And the kitchen had a lack on utensils, sharp knives, cutting boards, etc.

Matrassen konden beter liggen, een kraakte en verwarming lekte. Verder geen hinder ondervonden en gemeld . Net genoeg wijnglazen en een stuk dit ook gemeld.

The key required a particular technique to turn in the lock which took about 15 mins in boiling hot landing and was stressful.
Had to prompt to get door code from host.
