The location was excellent because it is in the centre and everything is a walking distance.

It could be cleaner as there were hairs all over the floor. We got 2 big towels which we needed to wash but there was no washing powder.

Good Location, but not the most ideal

The property is in a great location, right between the tower and station.

lacked essentials in the kitchen and the plugs were 3 prongs didn’t work with our EU adaptor. Having to pick the key up in the opposite direction of everything with luggage made it very inconvenient and put us off going back, would be better if the host met at the location or the lock box was at the apartment it seems unreasonable to make people walk in a location where it’s difficult to get a taxi just to pick the key up from a lock box.

Ponte Solferino apartment

Close to station and leaning tower

Didn't like that the keys were not available at destination we were told to go to, this could have been avoided if the keys were at the apartment,they did apologize but it cost us a taxi to both addresses which we could have saved the money just by walking from the station to the apartment

Lighting in the kitchen not good for cooking. Only a few electric sockets. Very few cooking utensils and no tea towels.

Great first time in Pisa!

The host was excellent, he solved very fast little problems when I arrived and answered all the questions about the flat and the city. The apartment is very comfortable, very near the main attraction in the city, near the railway station and the airport, too

The apartment is fine, clean, located close to the main tourist attractions and the train station.

The host did not answer any of our messages and phone calls. No one answered the phone number given on Booking. We took possession of the keys with difficulty and with emotions. If the host-guest relationship will be improved, then everything will be OK.

Buono ma migliorabile

Appartamento carinissimo in zona lungarno. Posizione top (vicino al convento delle Benedettine) e veramente pulito e accogliente. Ottima anche l'esperienza di check-in ed in generale la comunicazione con gli host.

L'illuminazione era sempre troppo bassa in cucina e in camera. La doccia veramente scomoda: il piatto doccia si allagava facilmente e non era possibile regolare il doccino, per cui inevitabilmente mi si bagnavano i capelli. Il sifone del bagno non sempre tirava tutto. Ho provato ad utilizzare la lavatrice e non so se fosse calcare o muffa incrostata, ma la guarnizione dell'oblò era sporca. Mi sono state fornite indicazioni per il checkout la sera prima e ho avuto problemi a buttare l'immondizia perché non riuscivo ad utilizzare la tessera che mi era stata fornita.

Уютные апартаменты, удобно расположены, 15 минут пешком от Pisa Centrale и основных достопримечательностей Пизы. Относительно недалеко несколько продуктовых магазинов. Ключи от апартаментов передает (нам попался весьма доброжелательный) сотрудник. Имейте ввиду, что в случае позднего заселения нужно будет доплатить. В апартаментах есть все для комфортного проживания, было убрано, постельное белье и полотенца чистые. Безумно понравился вид из гостиной и кухни на тихий зеленый дворик, он задавал настроение очередному дню в Пизе. Окна спальни выходят на улицу, был шум от машин, но нас это не беспокоило.

Чувствуется, что апартаменты давно в эксплуатации, стоит заказать химчистку мебели или заменить ее.

Pobyt z rozczarowaniem...

+ dobra lokalizacja, 900m do krzywej wieży + przestronne mieszkanie + z lotniska pieszo 30min do mieszkania

Na wstępie, po przybyciu pod adres oczekiwaliśmy ok 30min na przyjazd osoby z kluczami. Mieszkanie było słabo posprzątane, zlew był zatkany. Po wizycie serwisu, okazało się, że zaginęły 2 koszulki i płyn po goleniu, sytuacja zupełnie niezrozumiała(!?!). Po poinformowaniu gospodarza była ignorancja, że to niemożliwe itp... ale koszulka sama z wieszaka nie zniknęła. Na szczęście nie było pozostawionych żadnych wartościowych rzeczy. Ostrzegam przyszłych klientów... Pozostał niesmak do tak uwielbianych i wielokrotnie odwiedzmych Włoch...

Leuke comfortabele plek om te wonen en dicht bij het centrum.

Het was een fijn appartement om met zijn 2en in te wonen.

Wij slapen zelf op een zachter bed, waardoor het bed wat tegen viel. Elke ochtend werd er naast onze kamer om 8:00 geklust. Dit hadden we graag van te voren geweten.

Ottima posizione, tra stazione e centro. Tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Comunicazione con i responsabili della struttura ottimo.

Piccolo neo, nella doccia presente solo il soffione e nessun doccino. Per il resto appartamento essenziale ma comodo.

Muy buena ubicación, poco mantenimiento y la atención deja mucho que desear.

La ubicación a unos metros del Arno, tanto el departamento como el baño amplios, placares grandes , la entrega de la llave muy práctica, lavarropas en el departamento, ingreso al edifico amplio por una avenida.

Avisamos la hora de llegada y cuando entramos al departamento había una persona terminando de tender las camas ( y llegamos 2 horas más tarde de lo informado) Está muy desmejorado con respecto a las fotos de Booking. El baño con mucha humedad, varios enchufes en mal estado, piden dejar limpio el departamento pero no dejan artículos de limpieza en condiciones ( no podemos comprar trapos, rejillas , o productos para limpiar un día ) . Encontramos la vajilla en el lavavajillas. El encargado nos dijo que administran 40 departamentos, por tan motivo la atención no es nada personalizada, es más le preguntamos donde estaba el Lavarropas y nos dijo que no tenía y estaba en la cocina debajo de la mesada. Otra cosa que nos sucedió es que la próxima reserva también era nuestra, les avisamos 3 veces , inclusive el mismo día que llegamos a Pisa y no lo registraron. Nos llamaron desesperados que nos teníamos que ir, que dejemos el departamento, inclusive mandaron gente a limpiar ( la cual manipuló de mal modo todos nuestras pertenencias ) , hasta que nos permitió que le expliquemos que éramos la próxima reserva y no sabía cómo pedirnos disculpas. La verdad no tuvimos una buena experiencia con este lugar .
