The location was excellent - a stones throw away from the river and the main sights are within walking distance. The instructions to get to and access the property were clear and detailed which made things very easy logistically.
The decor inside was lovely and the beds were comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but it was big and well equipped.
The property overall was very clean. We were allowed to leave our bags there before the check in time which was very helpful and saved money on storage.
The host was very responsive and communicated clearly.
There are only a couple of things to mention. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner - there were a couple of hairs in the shower.
We had an issue in that the heating was blasting all through the night making it uncomfortably hot and hard to sleep. One of the rooms did not have a knob on the heater to turn it off. I couldn't work out the thermostat. To be fair had I contacted the host im sure it would have been resolved but it was late and we were tired and I didnt want to bother them at that time.
The only other thing to note is it would be worth taking ear plugs for sleeping. Yhe windows are single glazed and the noise from the road is very loud. There were groups of people being extremely loud late into the night on the street below which woke us up more than once. This is not a reflection on the host or the property obviously but just a point to note for future guests. We stayed in April so I imagine in the summer it would be very hard to sleep with all the outside noise.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra nad rzeką Arno, niedaleko do placu Cudów i innych obiektów do zwiedzania, okolica spokojna, jeżeli będziemy w Pizie zarezerwujemy to mieszkanie powtórnie.
jak dla mnie trochę twardy materac, do dyspozycji dwie łazienki, kuchnia i dwa pokoje. Obie z wnuczką jesteśmy bardzo zadowolone, dziękujemy

La posizione è sicuramente uno dei principali punti di forza della struttura: facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione e comoda per visitare i principali monumenti e punti di interesse della città. Il self check-in tramite codici inviati su WhatsApp si è rivelato pratico e funzionale, e l’host si è dimostrato disponibile e tempestivo nel fornire assistenza quando necessario. Inoltre, una volta avviato, il sistema di riscaldamento ha funzionato in modo eccellente, garantendo un ambiente caldo e confortevole.

Cosa non è piaciuto
All’arrivo i riscaldamenti non erano in funzione e ho dovuto attivarli seguendo indicazioni ricevute a distanza. La situazione è stata risolta, ma resta il dubbio su cosa sarebbe accaduto se non fossi riuscito a intervenire autonomamente. La struttura appare datata, con arredi eterogenei, un mix tra antico e moderno accostati senza particolare cura, dando la sensazione di un’abitazione privata adattata all’ospitalità. La presenza di numerosi tappeti ha reso l’ambiente poco adatto a chi soffre di allergia alla polvere. Infine, il soffione della doccia risulta usurato e andrebbe sostituito per migliorare il comfort complessivo.
