Disappointing and family needsd a shower as Italy was experiencing a heat wave at the time .

Location,in walking distance of the leaning tower of Pisa

I was not informed by the owner that the previous guests had broken the shower and that it was now difficult to use it without the door.I was only informed when the power went off and he had to come to the apartment to fix it but as the fuse box he had told me to look at downstairs was not the right one.Thankfully I asked to be shown this fuse box as the following evening it went off again!!!I now know why no towels had been put out for us to use and could not find a tea towel.

OK flat, convenient location, customer service could have been better

Good location close to train station (25 min walk) and centre (15 min walk) Allowed to check in a bit early Flat was clean when we arrived

Poor communication from host, didn't respond to any queries Host initially said we'd need to pick up keys from office (30 minutes from flat) or pay 15 euros for them to be dropped off at the flat. Turned out there is a lock box at the flat which we ended up using. Frustrating that they try to get you to pay 15 euros first despite there being an easy way to leave keys at property. Flat was clean enough when we arrived but is pretty outdated and requires some TLC. For the price paid we expected a bit more comfort.

Great location. Close to the leaning Tower. Quiet neighborhood. Great amenities.

We had to pick up the keys at a different place then originally thought. They keys were not available until 1.5 hours after re arrived by train. It was difficult to find a place to eat cwhile we were waiting to get the keys.

The host was communicative and helpful. The location is excellent

The house had some dump issues on the walls, so the apartment had an unpleasant smell. As we were on a multi city tour, we booked this house as it stated it has a laundry machine, unfortunately, the machine was broken and there was nowhere to hang hand washed clothes either.

Nice apartment let down by poor communication

Apartment is good - very spacious, clean and great air con! For the apartment alone I would have scored this property an 8 or 9 but I've actually scored it a "disappointing" 4 because of the problems with communication.

Communication with the host company was shambolic and let the whole experience down. After booking, I received a message saying I needed to complete an online form 72 hours before the stay and only then would I receive full check in information. For any questions, I was given an email address and a contact name and phone number. However, after completing the form (which didn't seem to save?), I didn't receive any check in details and I couldn't get any response either by email or WhatsApp message to the phone number. Eventually received a different contact name and phone number the evening before our stay, but by this time I had spoken with Booking.com about moving to alternative accommodation as the lack of response by the host company didn't give me any confidence the booking was secure. We decided to go ahead when the second contact did reply to a message and he was perfectly pleasant when he did bring us the keys (although late) but it was all so much more stressful than it needed to be.

The location was excellent and the flat quiet with anything we wanted. The city is small so the taxi ride from the airport was quick and even that it was around midnight the host was waiting for us to arrive.

man viskas labai patiko. kaip nuotraukose taip ir realybėje. didžiausias pliusas kad jausmas kaip namuose - tylu, ramu, Jauku, tvarkinga, erdvu, viskas veikia, butas šiltas, šviesus. labai smagu vakare pasėdėti terasoje. tikrai pranoko mano lūkesčius, labai džiaugiuosi savo pasirinkimu čia išsinuomoti. kartu keliavo mano tėvai, jie taip pat liko labai patenkinti šiuo butu. viena smulkmena, kad neradau antklodės užvalkalo.

All'arrivo non abbiamo trovato il rotolo di carta igienica di cortesia. Fatta eccezione per il bagno, l'appartamento era poco pulito. .

Buena ubicacion en Pisa

Muy buena ubicacion, a tan solo 5-10 minutos andando de la Torre/Catedral. Se llega fácilmente desde el aeropuerto (debes combinar buses, pero es menos de 20 minutos). Y cerca de 20 minutos andando de la estación Pisa Central, lo que te permite llegar facilmente a otros destinos. El departamento es cómodo, con espacio suficiente para 4 o 5 personas. Bien calefaccionado (nosotros estuvimos en Enero). Tuvimos un inconveniente con el televisor y vinieron a cambiarlo, incluso cambiaron las almohadas durante nuestra estancia.

Algunos detalles (como que faltaba el recogedor) y algun material de limpieza adicional (como una bayeta para secar la cocina). Por lo demas, estuvo muy bien.

Appartamento discreto e funzionale con diverse cose da rivedere e sistemare.

Appartamento anonimo ma abbastanza pulito e di buone dimensioni, comodo per 4 persone. Si trova lungo un strada abbastanza trafficata ma i serramenti sono nuovi e con le tapparelle elettriche e con le finestre chiuse non si sente nulla. Grande stanza matrimoniale con comodo letto matrimoniale king-size, forse troppo grande, mentre la cameretta è un po' sacrificata per due adulti con due letti singoli non particolamente comodi, ma comunque adatti ad un soggiorno breve. C'è anche un ampio balcone ma poco sfruttabile in inverno. Soggiorno con cucina a vista, completa di lavastoviglie (non usata), piano cottura 4 fuochi, forno (non usato), grande frigorifero con congelatore, e tavolo rotondo allungabile con 4 sedie. Bagno completo con doccia ampia e lavatrice, e soprattutto finestrato L'appartamento si trova appena fuori dal centro storico ma con una breve passeggiata di 10 minuti si arriva sia in piazza dei miracoli che nel centro di Pisa o sul lung'Arno. Parcheggio con strisce blu a 75 cents fronte casa, abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio davanti ma è Dicembre. Ottima la comunicazione con l'host (una società) via Whatsapp.

Pulizia da migliorare, soprattutto dietro le porte e sui lampadari. La TV aveva problemi con il ricevutore infrarosso, per farla funzionare bisogna agire direttamente sui comandi del dispositivo che non sono intuitivi. Secondo me la TV è da sostituire. Divanetto piccolo e non particolarmente comodo...va bene per due persone. Mancava un adattatore per la presa schuko dell'asciugacapelli, fortunatamente ne abbiamo trovata una attaccata all'aspirapolvere. Il box doccia non chiude benissimo e il tubo del doccino sarebbe da cambiare.
