Perfect location, a very simple way to obtain the key

A perfect location and very easy to find. The apartment is situated just near the Arno river, in front of the famous Chiesa di Santa Maria della Spina. It's at equal distance, 15 minutes walk from Pisa Centrale (train station) and Piazza dei Miracoli (where the Pisa tower and Duomo are). The room is situated on the first floor, just near the main entrance, a very easy way to obtain the key. Our host, even if we didn't meet in person was very prompt in replying to us. The apartment had everything we needed, even more. The place was clean and everything worked.

Comfortable, minimal effort maximum result.

The location it's perfect for a couple. It's small, but you don't need anything more for the price you pay. Very clean, the bad very soft with fresh sheeds and extra blankets, soap and shampoo were included. There was an iron and even a hair drier, extra clean towels as well, also a small functional kitchen where you can cook. So even if it's small you have everything you need, check in and out we're very easy, and the location it's great, Pisa it's small anyway but here you are in the right part of the city near all the best restaurants and bars so it's easier for non expert eyes to avoid the tourist traps.

This was a perfect setting for a short stay. We loved it and would highly recommend it. We would definitely book again.

The close proximity to everywhere, 10 minute walk from the train station, 5 minute walk to the historical part & maybe 15 minutes to the tower. The bed was very comfortable & it has air con.

A dream come true

Everything was just perfect! The room was big, clean, with everything necessary for your daily activities. The host was very kind, quickly responding and very supportive. The place is very close to restaurants, close to the Central railway station and close to the Leaning tower and Piazza dei Miracoli! Thank you very much for all, dear Rita! :)

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆☆☆☆ (7/10) Monolocale Lungarn is in a great location — just a short walk to the city centre, which made exploring super convenient. The air conditioning was also excellent, especially during the hot days, and definitely made the stay more comfortable.

However, cleanliness was a real issue. Unfortunately, the toilet was not properly cleaned before our arrival — it still had visible feces from the previous guest, which was incredibly off-putting and something no guest should have to deal with. 🤮 I ended up having to clean it myself, which really impacts the overall experience.

Good location, communication is lacking, bed is awful

Great location, good wifi

Asked the owner if there was somewhere we could leave our bags (10am check-out and 9pm flight) to be told her friend around the corner owns the coffee shop and as long as we buy coffee, we can leave them. He said no. The owners response was, ‘oh well he did last week’ Door didn’t work, at first the owner seemed suspicious I had broken the key, a day later a new key was brought as replacement and the owner’s daughter said the new key also didn’t work and it must be the door. I asked if something could be done about the door and was told it needed lubricating and be patient, not easy when you return in the midday sun and it takes 15 minutes to open the door (no exaggeration) or return in the dark and need the bathroom after dinner out and it takes 7 minutes to get in. Uncomfortable bed poor communication in regards to cost of a taxi from the airport (12.60€ including airport supplement)

Small and well situated

Excellent position. Small but very practical. This would be a wonderful place to stay in normal weather. Good fridge. Hot water tank in bathroom. It was noisy during the day but quiet at night.

I arrived wet after a storm in Genoa and there was no way to dry clothes as the heating was high on the wall and warm air rises. I took away the wet clothes in a bag to dry at the next stop. Maybe communication could be simpler, perhaps send arrival instructions first and leaving instructions later.

The location was great. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

The place doesn't receive sunlight. And the only heating option was air conditioner. It was a bit uncomfortable for me. Also, I usually drink a lot of tea in a day especially the mornings. but it took a lot of time to heat the water up with the electric heater, so I gave up. I think Italians do not like to use kettles.

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! wish we could have stayed longer. This studio apartment is a perfect location, train station and leaning tower are both a 10 minute walk. restaurants and shops are both a 5 minute walk. the property had everything we needed (including good air con!) would definitely recommend and stay again :)

Very close to center

It is very close to city center. Excellent location. Also not in touristic side of the river. It gives you an amazing local experience. Very closed to local bars and pizzerias. Around 10-15 minutes walk from the leaning tower. I just loved the place. View is also great from the window. For this price my stay was to good to be true. ( I can’t say anything about kitchen since I didn’t use it but having a refrigerator was great.) The little church ,in front of the house, is from 14th century. How amazing!

Very central and nice location. The space in the apartment is well organized: the loft-bed saves a lot of space and a closet contains a minimal kitchen (electric stove, small fridge, small oven, sink). Good price.

The apartment was not clean. There was trash in the bathroom bin. Towels were old, stained and faded and they did not look clean. The apartment needs some renovations, especially the door, the bathroom window, the tiles, and the shower pipe. It could have few more kitchen tools and clothes hangers.

La ubicación, cerca del centro histórico pero no en todo el meollo. Zona tranquila. Pudimos hacer el check in antes, sobre las 12h.

Muy muy pequeño, incómodo para una pareja incluso yendo con maleta de mano. Electrodomésticos/vajilla mínima en la cocina y en estado regular (suciedad, en general la limpieza en todo el apartamento era muy superficial). Dejar un calentador de agua en esas condiciones… (adjunto foto). No tuvimos agua caliente durante un día porque el termo no estaba encendido (deberían cerciorarse de que siempre esté on para que no ocurra). La propietaria es accesible, todo el rato pendiente pero el apartamento es lo que es.

Pisa, dva noćenja-tri dana

Vrijednost ovoga smještaja čini lokacija i to je uistinu lokacija iz koje ste za desetak minuta do tornja, svih ostalih znamenitosti, restorana. Smješten uz samu rijeku Arno, odličan za početnu točku šetnje i razgleda.

Opremljenost kuhinje je, malo je reći, siromašana. Tanjuri su svaki svoje vrste, baštek je također upitan, nema NITI JEDNE JEDINE krpe za obrisati ruke niti suđe, a nema ni papirnatih ubrusa pa smo koristili wc papir. Pod je toliko hladan i leden da smo deku iz ormara rasprostrli od kreveta do kupaonice kako ne bi dobili upalu mjehura. Predlažem vlasnicima ulaganje u app. Bojler nam nisu ostavili upaljen već smo dobili upute "uključite si, voda će biti topla za dvadesetak minuta"! Naime, svi se nakon puta volimo osvježiti, gle čuda! Kuhinjski elementi iznutra su neuredni s ostacima tzv. kave i šećera i tko zna kad očišćeni pošteno. Sve u svemu, razočaravajuće.

Apartamento cómodo y cuidado

No esperaba que el apartamento fuera tan espacioso y cómodo. Estaba bien equipado y se pueden preparar comidas sencillas. La anfitriona te lo deja todo bien explicado por mensaje de booking y no hubo ningún problema. Además te deja su número de contacto por si necesitaras algo. Pisa es pequeño y se llega muy rápido al centro histórico andando. También está muy cerca la estación de tren. El apartamento está al lado del río y tiene un bonito paseo por la noche, con sitios asequibles para comer, una heladería buena y un supermercado. En esta franja de precios cogí todos mis alojamientos en Italia y he de decir que éste sito fue de los mejores en cuanto a comodidad y limpieza.

El problema con los apartamentos siempre es el mismo: no tienes dónde dejar la maleta. Hay que planificar tu llegada y salida conforme a la hora de check-in/check-out del sitio si no quieres andar buscando consignas. En este caso, el check in es a partir de las 15:00, que me parece tarde, y el check out a las 10:00, que me parece pronto.
