Great location, great apartment! keys are collected from a provided address that can be reached 15 min by foot from the airport. It is not a such big trouble

A frustrating vacation.

Staff attitude is very rude, the room key must be taken at a place 4 km away the room. The room rules shows that the landlord treats the guests like thieves!!!!

Excellent family holiday!

The apartment is located in a quiet area, with nice garden, very peacefully. Pisa tower is nearby, only few minutes walking, and a lot of facilities nearby.

Not a good experience

The location is great. Sheets and towels are new. The balcony is very nice.

The staff was absolutely disrespectful. The department has nothing to do with the photos in the publication. The kitchen and bathroom are old and without maintenance. The bathroom screen has fungus. Toilet flushing has a 7-8 minute delay between each flush. The bathroom sink was clogged. Enough important details are missing to say that it is fully equipped.

Location was amazing! Or the window was the Tower! Truly fantastic area and close to everything. Staff was helpful and let us stow luggage early so we could enjoy the day. Great stay!!!
