The location is PERFECT. The front door is steps away from a bunch of shops, restaurants and 2 grocery stores. It took 1 mintue to walk to the tower of pisa, so we enjoyed ending every night in the lawn of Piazza dei Miracoli to soak up the atmosphere. We walked to the central train station in 15-20 minutes with 2 kids (ages 10 and 12), it was a very easy walk. Host is wonderful and very communicative!
The power does trip, but the host has posted instructions on how to fix that issue (switch box is in apartment). Small bathroom smell but they did have a plumber right before we came, so that might not always be an issue. A bit loud, but it's because apartment is on a Main Street (which we loved but if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs).

Clean, comfortable and very practical! We loved the location, so close to the tower, restaurants on the door step, the hosts were INCREDIBLE, in constant contact, always answered all of our questions, so so helpful and the bottle of wine in the fridge was an added bonus!

The accomodation is typical Italian construction, with thick brick/concrete walls and small windows. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (quite small, but usable). Location was excelent 1 min from the Pisa Tower and busy market.
A bit noise from the cars on the backstreet in the morning and the courtyard is small and shared with others in the building.

La ubicacion es ideal para hacer turismo en Pisa, sobre todo si se viaja con niños pequeños y te gusta tener cerca el alojamiento durante en dia. Muy limpio. Buena relacion calidad-precio. Lo recomendaria.
La ducha es un poco estrecha, para personas muy grandes puede ser un problema. Por las mañanas al ser tan centrico hay un poco de ruido de coches y gente, pero las ventanas tienen buenas persianas, no creo que sea algo que el alojamiento pueda controlar.
