Location

I would like to share my formal feedback regarding the apartment I recently stayed in, as it does not justify the high price being charged and falls significantly short of the quality standards advertised on your platform. The property’s online presentation does not accurately reflect reality, and it appears that the photos have been heavily edited, possibly through Photoshop or artificial intelligence enhancement. Please find attached the photographs as supporting evidence. Issues observed: • Presence of mold in the bathroom • Mold inside and outside the shower area • Toilet seat does not fit properly, moves, and feels unsafe • Toilet is visibly dirty both inside and outside • Dust accumulation on all furniture • Dust on lamps and baseboards • Loose and unsafe electrical outlets, posing a risk of electric shock • Hair dryer not functioning • Microwave burnt and unsafe to use • Unmarked steps in the bathroom, representing a potential tripping hazard • Sharp or broken tile edges in the bathroom steps, creating a risk of injury • Bathroom mirror edges in poor condition and non-functioning light bulb • Shower head in poor condition, leaking and with low water pressure • Oven extremely dirty, emitting smoke when in use • The apartment requires a general repaint throughout Additionally, it should be clearly stated in the property description that the apartment is located on the first floor with no elevator, to avoid misleading elderly guests or those with limited mobility. Given these conditions, the apartment does not meet the standards or expectations set by its listing, especially considering the elevated price. I am not someone who normally files complaints, and I assure you that all the information provided is accurate and supported by photographic evidence.

The location was perfect. A min walk into the town and the tower. Check-in was easy and the host even let us leave our luggage early.

The place didn't feel clean, the toilet is broken and hard to use. The shower is okay. No body wash or shampoo left to use. The A/C didn't work very well.

Exceptional host

Quiet street near the main attractions with many exceptional restaurants nearby recommended by the host, Elisa, who is very responsive. Exceptional communication, easy check-in. Although I didn't use the kitchen, the apartment has everything you might need in case you wish to cook. The neighborhood felt very safe even late at night. The apartment was clean and Elisa is a great host. Would definitely recommend the place.

loved the location of this property! was only a 5 minute walk from pisa with stunning Italians restaurants and culture surrounding it. Enjoyed the fact that there was a washing machine, wardrobe space, and a kitchenette. the lady renting out this property was a dream. very kind and let us arrive between 1-2am as our flight was delayed. gave us great instructions regards self check in and great recommendations!

Probably one of the best options in Pisa

Beautiful apartment, excellent location, very kind personal and bigger than usual for the zone. The windows provide you a complete isolation from the outside.

Good

Except for the noice, all was fine! The host has been helpful, it was spacious, with AC, clean and close to the center :) There is also a washing machine which is a big plus!

Unfortunately, it was very noisy from day 2. We could hear loud noices (like something falling down on the floor) from the neighbours (probably from above) every day, sometimes at 6am, sometimes at 1pm and during the day. It was a bit stressful.

Central location for adequate price (341 eur for 7 nights), very good interaction with the owner, nice location between the central street and the Tower. Pretty well equipped kitchen, working AC and good bed. Some pretty nice food places within the range of a few minutes of walking.

Some parts require attention (old door with problematic lock, is apprently going to be replaced soon), narrow bathroom (shower faucet requires some attention there) and possibly confusing for non-italians (I got this place for such people) garbage sorting approach. Carrefour Express nearby sucks btw, better choise and prices at PAM and Conad on the other side of the river (¬5-8 min of walk).

Appartement is erg gehorig, buren hadden tot half vier 's nachts de tv aanstaan. Klep van de wc valt blijft niet overeind staan.

La anfitriona pésima y el departamento era muy ruidoso y sin ascensor.

La ubicación, a minutos de la torre de Pisa y sitios para comer, para ir a la estación central de tren es necesario tomar autobús o taxi.

La anfitriona pésima, le expliqué que íbamos a llegar tipo 21 horas, porque habíamos perdido el tren desde Roma a Pisa, me pidió llenar el check-in online insistentemente y le expliqué que en el tren mi señal era pésima, pero insistió, a nuestra llegada no estaba, porque se fue a cenar con amigos, nunca la vimos y toda su información fue por wattsap. además nos cobró 5 euros por persona adicional y no le dejamos ese importe, ya que Booking no lo enunció. Me parece que es solo una persona que renta y no le importan sus huésped. Dejó puros papeles higiénico usados, poco útiles de aseo, ni un té y una raspa de café, la sabana bajera eran dos y no una de dos plazas. No volvería, fue difícil llegar y entrar.

A fost vacanta noastra de vis! :)

In primul rand am apreciat amabilitatea si operativitatea gazdei, Elisa. A fost foarte draguta si a raspuns prompt la toate mesajele pe care i le-am trimis. Multumim, Elisa, esti o persoana deosebita! Iar accesul in cladire si in apartament se face foarte usor! In al doilea rand, amplasamentul apartamentului este grozava: foarte aproape de tot: terase, magazine, obiective turistice. orinde plecam ajungeam foarte repede. Plus ca Google Maps ne-a fost de mare ajutor! Facilitatile camerei au fost bune. Noi am stat 3 nopti si, fiind mai mult plecati, am ajuns in apartament doar pentru a ne schimba hainele sau a ne odihni. Dotarile au fost suficiente, apa calda, prosoape, ustensile de bucatarie. Toate suficiente si curate :) Nu ne-a lipsit nimic. Asa cum am vazut in alte postari, capacul de la toaleta nu sta ridicat, dar am observat ca asa este construit, nu este vreo defectiune. Baia fiind foarte ingusta, daca montau toaleta mai in fata, n-ai mai fi avut loc sa te asezi pe WC. Noi am gasit solutia, am fixat capacul cu cablul de la masina de spalat, de vasul de apa de la toaleta.

Desi ma asteptam ca apartamentul sa arate asa, datorita faptului ca este intr-o cladire veche, totusi mi-a parut rau sa vad ca este usor invechit: gresia, peretii... Eu as fi pus parchet pe jos si as fi lasat grinzile de pe tavan nevopsite, in culoarea lor naturala de lemn. Este doar o sugestie, totusi a costat destul de mult pe noapte (peste 100 euro) si m-as fi asteptat sa arate mai nou, mai modern. Ceea ce ne-a deranjat cel mai tare este faptul ca nu am putut dormi cu geamurile deschise in camera, deoarece plasa de tantari este stricata. Doar cea de la bucatarie este in regula si aici am lasat ferestrele deschise.

La posizione senz'altro .Arredato in modo spartano c'è tutto quello che serve in casa. Le zanzarie non si agganciavano ed è stato molto scocciante convivere con le zanzare

Il punto di forza è la posizione ,a due passi da piazza miracoli e dai locali della movida e ristoranti

La tavolozza del wc non sta alzata da sola la si deve tenere con le mani ......se sei uomo potrebbe essere problematico!! La pulizia secondo me dovrebbe essere un po' più curata, in casa c'è sempre un odore non molto piacevole
