Good location, but could do with a deep clean

Good convenient location, walkable distance to everything Pisa has to offer

The host, whilst being very approachable, are not so forthcoming when handling problems. My children were bitten by bed bugs or fleas, and this was confined solely to the sofa bed. Had gone to a pharmacist for an expert opinion, the pharmacist suggested bed bugs - which i then communicated to the host, whom just brushed it off and said it was not bed bugs.

Wouldn't go back

Good location, all the appliances worked, and we could use the AC without the power cutting out (which i’ve found is a fairly common issue in apartments in italy). There was a handy lift to the 4th floor where the apartment is. Beds comfy enough, I saw previous reviews mention bed bugs but there definitely weren’t any bed bugs in either of the beds here. Useful to have a washing machine (although we couldn’t see any laundry gel or powder so bring your own) and airer outside. Passable.

Poor communication; they provide a phone number to contact them but they won’t respond unless you use Whatsapp. I was promised early check-in but was left waiting for 2.5 hours on the street outside because I rang, texted and messaged via Booking, all of which they ignored. I don’t have Whatsapp so I had to get my sister back in the UK to message them on there, and only then did I get into the apartment. If you’re going to ignore EVERY form of contact except Whatsapp then tell the guests that in advance! The neighbours seem to be furious that the owners are letting the apartment out to people, every time they heard us move or speak they banged angrily on the wall, to the point where we had to move rooms and go sleep in the living room to get away from their harassment. Floor was filthy, obviously hasn’t been washed in a while. Was also surprised to find the fridge empty; I’ve stayed in Pisa about 20-30 times, sometimes on this same street, and I’ve never before stayed in an apartment that didn’t provide at least water in the fridge and eg. cereal bars and a fruit bowl for guests. In other cities I wouldn’t expect it but this is the only apartment in Pisa that doesn’t offer a little welcome snack, which speaks to the general unwelcoming attitude of the owners compared to others in the area. It was nice to have two balconies but kind of pointless because the apartment is infested with mosquitoes so you can’t have the doors open; we spent our whole time here killing mosquitoes, went through a whole toilet roll just for them. Other guests have seemingly used the newspaper technique instead and the owners have left them squashed on the walls instead of cleaning them off, so there are dozens of dead mosquitoes all over every wall. Again, pretty dirty and unwelcoming. Speaking of which, there is a card required for taking the bins out which was not left anywhere in sight so on our last day we just had to wander around looking for bins instead. A fitting end to our stay.

I give my review a passable grade because of the following: The apartment is close to the train station but this also has disadvantages because the neighbourhood was little scary, especially at night, and especially for a family with little children or women. Airport close by, you can reach it by foot for only 15min. The apartment is nice, the beds were comfortable but we had big problem with the bed bugs, had a impression that the place wasn't clean enough. The host was nice and welcoming

Perfect location!

It's a great location, just a few steps from the Central Station and the city centre. In just 20 min. by foot you reach the Airport, also 20 min. to the tower. It is a spatious apartament, quiet place. We had a good stay here and we recommend the location! We had an easy check-in and check-out.

Solo traveler with a child

Apartment was big, clean, well equipped and location was great (4 mins away from train station and bus stop by walk). Kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes were available. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV was available. AC in leaving room and bedroom. We didn't met owner or any staff. Apartment keys was kept in safebox at building entrance gate and safebox code was shared over WhatsApp message. While returning we left the apartment key in the same safebox and lock it using the code shared over the WhatsApp message. Couple of mini supermarket nearby, restaurants nearby. At train station, luggage storage service was available for €5 a day per luggage.

Apartment was very expensive. Dishwasher and washing machine tab/detergent wasn't available so one has to buy it. Cooking oil, sugar, salt too one has to buy if planning to cook. Mosquitoes were there so can't keep windows or balcony door open. I travelled with my child in August (temperature was 39 degrees, too hot outside) and our return flight was at 3:30 pm (which was delayed by 2-3 hours) so I requested to extend check-out time but owner denied.

First of all, the host is very rude. 1. he gave us the wrong PIN code for the key box and we had to wait a lot under the door before he answered. I was trying to reach him by phone call and Watsapp and it was taking horrible long. (Especially, we were with the little baby, and he knew that). 2. From detergents, he left for us only about 50 millilitres of soap (for 4 adults and one kid for 2 days stay) and one bottle of dish gel. Also 1,5 roll of toilet paper. So basically we had to buy everything from the store. He also have a dishwasher but there was no power or tablets for that. There was NO any clothes in the kitchen, only one little sponge. No essential items like tea, coffee, sugar… again, we had to buy everything from the store. 3. Host didn’t even try to help us with any practical questions information when we asked him for some heads-ups. For example; the parking under the house cost 2,5 💶 for first hour and 3,5 💶 per hour after that. I asked the host if there are any options of cheaper parking and he answered that there are no options because parking costs the same everywhere. I asked few more people and found a parking which cost 0,75 💶 per hour, only one km away from the apartment. 4. Considering kid needs and that we were in vacation, I asked if we can checkout at 11 instead of 10 and of course he didn’t agree with that. 5. I was very surprised that the “tourist tax” was not included in the apartment rent price so we had to pay it separately.

Nie polecam !!!

Po 30min czekania na ulicy aby wejść na klatkę schodową udało sie w końcu wejść do budynku za jakimś mieszkańcem. Mimo instrukcji i zapewnień firmy wynajmujacej nikt przez 30 min nie odebrał domofonu. Przy próbie otworzenia drzwi do apartamentu okazało sie ze podano nam zły kod do pojemnika na klucz. Spędziliśmy pod drzwiami 2 godz usiłując uzyskać pomoc od wynajmujących. Wtedy kontakt sie urwał. Otrzymaliśmy tylko zapewnienie że za chwilę ktoś z nami sie skontaktuje. Skontaktowali się po 4 godzinach że przykro im ale pomylili kod.

Era molto complicato entrare la prima volta. Troppi messaggi di regoli durante la vacanza. Faceva freddo nell'appartamento.

Mala experiencia.

Apartamento cómodo, con buena lavadora y lugar donde extender la ropa. Utensilios en la cocina.

El check in fue horroroso. Llegamos a las 3pm, justo al mismo tiempo que llegaba el señor de limpieza. Claramente no fue culpa del señor, sino la organización por parte del hospedaje. Nos entregaron el apartamento a las 5:30 pm. Tuvimos que esperar la mayor parte del tiempo afuera del apartamento, sentados en el piso luego de un largo viaje de 5 horas en tren. Presenté la queja escrita al WhatsApp que nos facilitaron y nunca tomaron responsabilidad del asunto, pero si esperan que como huéspedes, hagamos el check out puntual (salimos mucho antes de la hora límite) saquemos basura y lavemos la losa. Habían demasiados mosquitos, incluso unos ya muertos en las paredes de la habitación. No había puerta en la ducha así que todo el agua se salía e inundaba el baño.

Apartamento muy cerca de la estación central de tren

La ubicación a 3 minutos de la estación central de tren nos permitió movernos cómodamente para visitarla toda la Toscana, pegado al apartamento hay una consigna de maletas también me pareció muy cómodo, un cuarto piso pero con un ascensor muy nuevo, el sistema de entrada fue puntual y el apartamento perfecto para cinco personas, una habitación con una cama de matrimonio grande y una cama de 90 un salón con un sofá cama de matrimonio con colchones bastante cómodos

Por sacarle alguna pega yo le pondría un microondas

Appartamento spazioso, 2 balconi, bagno nuovo, ascensore, cucina grande attrezzata, soffitti alti.

Ambiente non era riscaldato, troppe polemiche per accendere riscaldamento. Temperatura interna era 19 gradi. Il Piatto della doccia e’ piatto senza bordi, quindi tutta l’acqua esce fuori sul pavimento. Non c’è bollitore per fare il the’. Tanta polvere sotto i letti, nella lavastoviglie si trovavano i bicchieri non lavati.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement pratique même s’il manquait quelques éléments essentiels.

Cet appartement est très bien situé près de la gare centrale. C’est donc très facile de se rendre dans les villes touristiques.

Il n’y avait pas de torchons, de bouilloire, de micro-onde et pas de cafetière assez grande pour 4 personnes.
