Price quality okay! The bedroom was good and lots of space. But the bathroom was not very clean, because there was mold in the shower. But overall it was a good experience.

We left after the first night due to very poor conditions of the room. It was dirty and it looked like the roof in the bedroom and bathroom was full of mold. The bathroom had a bad smell. We didn’t feel comfortable there and because of that it was hard to sleep. I woke up with a rash on my ankle that I’ve never had before. The backyard was nice with a shared balcony but the chairs was also in bad condition/ broken. As we were leaving the apartment the alarm for gas leak went on. Didn’t get any information from the owners after that. Location was good but not worth the money. We had to find another place to stay. We also had to pay the «tourist fee» at 10 euros in cash.

Not so good. Shower curtain has mildew on it and the bathroom was shared. We arrived from the airport very late and gave the taxi driver the address. When he stopped outside we thought there might be a mistake as there was no sign and it didn’t look like a hotel. I checked the email which was all in Italian. It was 1am in the morning. However I saw someone else trying to enter the code for the front door and went in with them. I showed them my email and they helped us find and get into our room. The room was clean, however the bathroom was outside the room and required a key, so we assumed it was a shared situation. The shower curtain was dirty so I was reluctant to use it. There was no coffee or milk provided. If it hadn’t been for the other family we would have been stranded. Not a great feeling. I wouldn’t bother using this hotel again.

A wonderful place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Best bathroom we have had in Italy. Local area is great with a 10min. walk. Only down side is the check in process. There is no one on site or even local as far as we could see. O directions to find the room after you find thex uilding, then had to take photo of passport and text to someone you have not met or dont know in a different country. THATS SCARY

The staff were very friendly and even helped us call a cab for our departure. The location is great! Within walking distance of the tower. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The bed was not super comfortable and the broken screens let in mosquitos. Bathroom was private but separate. Overall, not bad, just pretty simple.

During this trip, we didn't stay much in the room. But it was really nice, the rooms are beautiful and near to the tower and the restaurants. (Try the restaurant of the hotel Amalfitano. It's excellent). But the cleanliness of the room and the linen could have been better.

We had a grate stay! Very clean and quiet room with everything we needed. Good coffee and kitchen facilities. Michele was an extremely friendly and helpful host. Location of the place was very convenient.

Needsto be painted and cleaned better mold around sink. Shower fan was flithy.floors needed to be moped. Smelled like smoke. Refrigerator need a cleaning. You must tell owner exactly what time or call when him when you get there. He was pleasure and came in 10 mins. Good place to stay for a night but no more than that.

The room was clean and large enough. For the bathroom it would be better more maintenance and cleaning. Breakfast is provided. A bed and breakfast very close to the Pisa's Tower, which can be convenient.

No front desk makes arriving a bit of a gamble. We arrived around 6:30 pm and the owner/manager was not there. Luckily another guest opened the front door. Since our cell phone does not work in Europe and the other guest did not speak English it took a lot of charade playing to figure out what to do next (the other guest called the owner with their phone). In less than 10 minutes the manager was there and everything was great for the night. Room comfortable and clean. Great location for visiting the Tower plaza. When we went to check out we ran into the same need for a cell phone. No one from hotel was around and we were not sure how to leave our luggage while we had lunch before our flight. Again, once we contacted manager (same guest's phone) everything was easy and perfect.

We stayed at Maison dei Miracoli for one night during our holiday in Tuscany. Michele was a great host, contacting us ahead of time to arrange a time to meet us for check in and allowing us to leave our luggage the following day while we explored Pisa before heading to the airport.The B&B was in a good location for exploring the city. The room was lovely - nicely decorated and also comfortable - we had a great nights sleep.However, when we arrived we wanted a shower before heading out for dinner. I got about 20 seconds of hot water and it then went ice cold. My husband got none. The following morning the same happened. Whilst we appreciate that others in the B&B may have been up and showered before us we do feel that there should be ample hot water.My only other negative point was that the bathroom was a separate room from our bedroom so if we needed to use the bathroom in the night we had to unlock our door and go out into the corridor to access it. Whilst this wasnt a great problem (the bathroom was for our private use) it was a little strange the next morning when other guests were in the hallway and we were out there in our pyjamas.Overall a good stay, great location and a wonderful host but the bathroom and lack of hot water let it down slightly.

Great location, a bit quirky decor, but fun, nice. No air conditioning, but in June we did not need it, there were fans that kept us cool. Nice staff, included breakfast. 5 minute walk to the Duomo and Leaning Tower! Also they covered on street parking. Recommend! Good Value.

This hotel is a great place for local restaurants and only 5-10 mins walk to the leaning tower. It is a 15 min walk from the train station and 25 min walk from the airport. the room and bathroom was clean. Im not sure if the hotel owns all the block as there was furniture in the stairs that looks like someone was moving out/not got room in their room for it. When we got their we paid for the room and owner tried charging us more than what was agreed on our confirmation (and this wasn't for the tax either) so that put us off. The breakfast wasn't upto scratch. It was pre-made up at 8.30 (we were told it was between 8.30-10) and if you weren't there at that time it went dry(we had stayed in Rome and Florence in the previous days with a proper continental buffet breakfast) It consisted of cheese and ham sandwiches, 1 croissant, half a packet of little French toasts, set at the table for us. Also 2 cups of coffee already made up and on the first day we were told if the coffee was cold to use the microwave to warm it up!! I don't drink coffee and there was no other option to have anything to drink as they didn't have tea or fresh water. on the last day we had pizza served for breakfast. Also no tea and coffee facilities in the room even though it's stated on the advertisement. All in all a good hotel but let down was the breakfast.

I highly recommend Maison dei Miracoli. It is in a neighbourhood really near the city centre,yet on a quiet street. Michele is truly amazing and kind.We got breakfast at the hotel too, which was plentiful. The hotel was clean and very affordable.

Very thankful the hotel contacted us the day before our arrival to get our arrival information. Although our flight was delayed by an hour, we were still greeted around midnight and given access to the room promptly! The room was clean and in a practical location for the leaning tower and train station. The bathroom was not inside our bedroom, which wasnt an issue.
