Excellent apartment equipt with everything we could have needed and more. exceptional Very clean and Comfortable and a great location so impressed with communication from Lorenzo and he was so accommodating and responded promptly to our questions and requests. Also accomidated for my young children. Would highly recommend and wou ld definately return without a doubt.

Great place with unexpected extra costs.

The place itself is very clean and has all the facilities you need. The tower of Pisa is at walking distance which is a great bonus. Not much to complain only that the door to the terrace is broken and does not close properly. It takes quite a struggle to get it closed (so we left it closed) and the shower door is also still broken. Since we were off season the road was not that noisy but the bedroom is right next to the main road so this can become quite noisy on busy seasons.

We come from far and a day before we got a message that the jacuzzi is €60,– extra. This is not mentioned anywhere in the discription. The jacuzzi is in the photos as if included in the price (which is already quite steep). We're not a fan of this misleading clickbate. If this is mentioned in the discription one is prepared of the extra costs. Instead of having to read this in the last pages of the comments. Or finding out a day before arrival. This needs to be added in the discription! This cannot be counted as "extra charges" like €2,– a person for taxes.

Great option for a family with kids!

The jacuzzi was definitely worth it in the heat of summer, you can also use it cold which is lovely after a warm day in Pisa. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It’s a great option for a family with small kids!

Would absolutely recommend for a stay in Pisa 😊

Very clean and only a short walk to the tower and lots of bars/restaurants. Beds comfy and the addition of a roof terrace which was great for the sunny days 😎

Nothing really, but a couple of things maybe to add/fix to give a 10/10…. Toilet seat needs fixing, was broken, number of dirty stains on couch and some outdoor furniture torn.

So good I'd come again for sure

Everything was 700 metres away but this super, quiet ground floor flat with its own roof terrace was a haven. AC worked. Kitchen well-equipped. Bedrooms huge. Large mugs. A kettle. Great wifi and easy to find.

the sofa is one of those sofa beds where the cushions keep untucking. A common feature of airbnbs.

Beautiful apartment at a great price

Place was decorated beautifully and fully stocked with everything you could need. A lot of thought went into the apartment. Very secured building. We felt very safe.

I would have liked them to show us a little of how things worked. There was a few things that were different and caused some frustration. A few extra minutes would have alleviated some frustration. Also mosquitoes are all around the area so bring something to ward them off.

Relaxing andd enjoyble

Location very good. Roof terrace was brilliant. And although the apartment was smaller than anticipated it was comfortable and very clean. We would stay here again and recommend to friends

It took us a while to find it and we had to get someone to help us. The patio door was very dificult to close so we had to leave it open - the handover was very quick and we dont speak Italian so it wasnt explained to us how it worked.

Lovely little apartment would highly recommend for 2 couples or even a family. Great facilities everything you would need in a little kitchen and self contained building.

Only issue beds weren’t that comfy and the hot tub was cold on arrival (takes a couple hours to warm up and we were only staying one night)
