Convenient Location

It was in a mainly quiet location, but not far to walk to the main centre. it was newly decorated with a nice bathroom and kitchen mixwd with some old style furniture the floors were lovely

3 locks and doors to get into the apartment. We had to seperate the rubbish out and as non italians had to visit the disposal area to know which one was which. It was vwey noisy one night alot of cars and shouting, otherwise a quiet location

Had to pick the keys up from the office which was about 0.8 miles from the apartment and pick up extra bedding whilst I was there and carry it back.

Taking cons into account - totally overpriced.

Location was good. The apartment itself was spacious. There was heating to get by those chilly nights. Nothing to add to that really.

No washing machine. Yes, it was not claimed, but you are kinda half-expecting it by default. The shower cabin was really tiny and required some plumbing. There were no garbage bags - had to buy them. It is 1st floor and old windows so it was noisy - definitely not for bad sleepers (or take earplugs). And of course - but that's a common painpoint - no normal and sharp knives or a sharpener!

Great scores for location but room to improve on hospitality.

Property located walking distance from old town and train station that made it convenient for the side-seeing. However, the property is located on the ground floor of a quite busy road and it was loud with traffic during the night. The apartment was clean and spacious for a family stay.

The key holder of the property was late to meet us at the property. Despite of high cleaning fee of 70 euro we had to buy own toilet paper and we were told to take out rubbish from the appartment. This was not hospitable as we paid a full asking price for our stay and made us feel like we had to do someone else’s job while being on holidays.

Good choice with family with well equiped kitchen.

Spacious apartment, mostly in renovated condition (kitchen, bathroom). Walking distance from all attractions, close but not too close to station.

Surrounding was a bit noisy, noice of traffic could be heared during the night (despite very light traffic but noise insulation of the windows was poor).

La posizione è molto comoda, vicino alla stazione e l'appartamento pulito. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio per giovani con poche pretese, l'essenziale è ok

L'ho trovato poco accogliente, magari una bottiglia d'acqua fresca all'arrivo e delle cialde di caffè ci avrebbero fatto sentire più coccolati, più "in vacanza". Lo sconsiglio a coppie con bambini perché ci sono pochi gradini ma con due passeggini è stato abbastanza faticoso entrare e uscire ogni volta. La culla messa a disposizione non aveva materasso; alla mia richiesta del materasso mi è stato detto che c'era, fatto sta che il bambino ha dormito nel letto con me e il papà nel divano letto nell'altra stanza. Anche l'arredamento poco curato per il prezzo pagato.
