Location was good for train travellers as it was only a few minutes walk from the station but in quiet location near the lake. Good for tram to CERN and to the centre of Geneva.

Breakfast was only in an adjacent hotel.

Classy, boutique hotel, with funky artworks everywhere. Spotlessly clean. Attention to detail. Good sized room, and bed (although not sure about the sausagey pillow thingy at the head of the bed). Good shower - hot and good power. The bidet was a rare luxury.

The breakfast was overpriced. Other hotels in Geneva serve exactly the same fare for much less. Reading light only on one side of the bed. No shelf in the shower to place toiletries on - a simple thing, often overlooked, but is nevertheless a very annoying omission. The room door had a tendency to not close properly. Had to really test it every time but when inside that also meant a risk of inadvertently unlocking it again. That actually happened twice on my stay.

Breakfast was modest, but I was fairly late arriving for breakfast, around 9am, so the offering was perhaps a little past its best. The room was nice. The hotel was not cheap, but where IS cheap in Geneva. It was in an excellent location. I would stay again, for sure. The overall quality was much better than other more expensive hotels in the city.

It is hard to say that it was good value for money. And the breakfast was disappointing. The decor is "funky", which may not appeal to everyone buy it's fine by me.

Location is fantastic. Room have two full bathrooms, that was unusual that said useful. Clean and nice place.

I booked on booking.com for 6 people, and was given the booking selection of 2 rooms, stating a queen bed and a sofa bed in each room. It turns out they have no sofa beds and only have a small sofa (love seat type) in the rooms. The staff tried multiple times to force me to pay for adding extra beds (only later when I got the room I found that reason is that they actually do not have sofa beds). I refused to pay any extra hidden fees, which made the receptionist kind of angry. In the end, I had to call booking.com to help rectify the issue. Took a while to get them on the line, but Booking.com immediately called the manager (sitting in the sister property across the street) and told her that my booking is for 6 people in two rooms at the agreed price and if they do not have a sofa bed in the rooms as was marked on the reservation, the cost is on them not me. The more detailed account is more unpleasant until the matter was resolved. Basically, some of the staff can be rude and emotional and does not stay focused on the business transaction, while others let things slide and ignore issues. Luckly I was able to communicate with the manager and with the help of bookings.com the matter was resolved. Total 2.5 hours were wasted on this, which is a lot. Apart from that the hotel was ok.
