The building across is pretty close, there's no privacy. My kids thought it was super cool to see what people were doing in their offices and rooms tho.

Great staff, nice looking place, but some frustrating details.

The staff were all friendly and helpful! They had lots of people yelling at them about the Air Conditioning and other things and were still very professional. The location was great for walking around the city and the hotel and rooms were nice looking and seemed clean.

The off-putting smell in the hallway was a gross mix of smoke and peppers. We asked for one extra pillow since we only received one for the pullout sofa bed where our kids were sleeping and there weren’t any to be found, but they brought us one the next day. The washer and dryer situation was a wreck and we spent so much time on it, wishing we didn’t know it existed. The elevators were frustrating and so was the fact that several different lights in the room were all on one circuit and we couldn’t just turn on different parts at a time. The air conditioning was definitely not cool enough!!

Fantastic and memorable location in one of the greatest cities in the world.

The location is great. The staff are extremely helpful. They anticipated every need ahead of time. The receptionist was phenomenal. She even went out of her way to help with the laundry facilities. Instead of referring me to another person, she took care of my request with ease. I stayed here twice and I will keep coming back.

Good location, clean and spacious room.

Bathroom drainage was poor. There was only one staff when we checked in at 9pm, and I needed to move 6 baggage to the room by myself. We booked two rooms but was given one adaptor, and told that is the only one available. Breakfast : there was no refill for scrambled eggs and salmon.

There was no porter to help with my luggage when I arrived, and the receptionist claimed he was the only one on duty. His attitude was unpleasant—he told me, “If you don’t like it, we can refund you and you can leave.
