A comfortable stay in a well-designed environment.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was located close to shops and transport and easy to get to in a taxi. We loved the design of the interiors and the rooms. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast was excellent - loved the hot chocolate made with real chocolate. We thought it was expensive when we booked but when we arrived we realised that pretty much everything is expensive so it was not so bad.

The bed being against the wall meant that one of us had to climb over the other to get in and out.

Nice hotel. High tech features, but room impractical, small and lacked toilet privacy

Hotel was nice. Friendly staff. Good location. Very clean

Rooms were pre-fabricated (I.e fixed toilet / shower modules) and made of plastic meaning little privacy in the shower and toilet. No soundproofing with opaque screen. Sink not with toilet - sink in middle of room. Width of room was same size of bed. Bed at end of room so no walk around bed - have to clamber over partner to get in / out or stay put all night.

Good stay but could be better with a small gesture

Location is excellent. We liked easy check in and check-out process. Staff was helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. We particularly appreciated travel pass for a day provided through the hotel.

It would have been excellent to have complimentary tea and coffee in the room which most 4-star hotels provide. We bought coffee at the restaurant downstairs but there was a long queue in the morning (took 20 minutes) and it was more expensive than a cafe in Geneva.

Cozy and modern!

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel!! Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. Our room was sleek, cozy and adorable, like an inviting cocoon!! It was tightly packed but perfect for the pair of us. The bed tucked in the alcove with the world’s fluffiest pillows could not have been more comfortable. And the bathroom “pod” was creative and effective. A great use of space!! We also enjoyed all the amenities provided from the iPad device, from the lighting options to the dream scape music that lured us to sleep. This might’ve been our favorite hotel stay ever!!!

Lovely stay but expensive and the room was replica of sons student room in halls of residence

Loved the location- so handy for lake, old town, bars and restaurants. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast delicious and what a lot of choice.

I didn't like that the bed is against the wall on 2 out of 3 sides. This means someone has to climb over the other person. Not suitable at all for us. I asked if there was a room which didn't have the bed wedged in to window but no other configurations existed.

Great location for Sightseeing Geneva: modern,clean,tidy with friendly staff

Location was great for sightseeing.All the staff were very helpful.The rooms use high tech using an iPad to change facilities such as lighting ,cooling and media.They were very clean and tidy.I believe all the rooms are the same size but you have a choice of beds - we chose Kings size which was as described. We were able to leave bags free of charge.We would stay there again.

Claustrophobic rooms, error on invoice but no response from hotel, bed inaccesible, room very small bathroom very small and very unhelpful staff except for bar. Try and be a bit more focused on the clients and less on being hip and trendy. Food wasnt great either

Great for a short stay

Location, modern with lots of gadgets - even though it was compact it also felt spacious at the same time. Couldn’t do more than two or three nights due to space. Mainly around the bed - one of you had to climb over. Would defo recommend for solo travel as it was the safest hotel I’ve stayed in - a lock that locks and doesn’t open when you push the handle down.

Good Value for Money Great Location Great for a short stay

Great Location for getting out and about in Geneva, very central and near the Gardens and River . The Stff were realy nice and very helpful, very polite and welcoming. the decor was very modern and quite futuristic, if you dont like too much technology you may be overwhemled as the room lights were controllable by an ipad in the room . Room was Clean and decor was nice

Well... the rooms are tiny and the bed is boxed up against the wall which means i have to climb over my husband to get out of bed, not great. The shower also leaked when we used it and due to the small size of the room which felt lke a cabin on a cruise ship, the room got quite steamed up when the shower was used

Hands down the best hotel in this category in Geneva

It’s one of the most modern hotels I have stayed in recently. Location is very central. About the room itself, everything was just perfect and worked like magic. But, if there is one thing that CitizenM does really well, it is definitely Customer Service. They go above and beyond. Truly exemplary!

The location was great. The hotel gave us three days travel pass which was very useful as we used the boats and buses to visit places, thank you for that.

The rooms were very tiny, the bed was stack to the window, so if it is two people one has to jump over the other to be able to come out of bed. The washing basin was in the room and bathroom was a glass cabin inserted in the room. It felt very uncomfortable even though I was with my sister. We didn’t use the breakfast, the whole reception/ bar/ breakfast was in the same area and that confuses us when we were trying to find the entrance.

Brilliant hotel. Central, clean and helpful staff

What a great find. Loved everything about this hotel. Very good location right in the centre. The staff were helpful, the hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spotless and have very comfortable beds. The bar is also 24 hours! Would definitely use again and would stay at other CitizenM hotels based on my stay here.
