30th birthday and friends reunion - group of 11

Would like to thank you for a wonderful weekend. We had the best time in the house. Everything was perfect and we all said we would love to return sometime. It was exactly what we needed and suited everyone's wishes perfectly. We had a large group of 11 and had both parts of the house. This meant there was a second kitchen which was ideal as one guest has celiac disease and this meant she had a space place to prepare food away from contamination. The second livingroom and sunroom meant there was always a quiet space to sit despite the large group. It was clean and cosy and homey - which is rare! You were very welcoming and so kind to lend us tools and straps for our roof box too, truly going above and beyond. The extra thoughtful touches like creating an enclosed dog paddock made it so relaxing to visit with a pet too. Lots of other extra touches like including dog bowls, washing supplies, bread and coffee and a homebaked cake were all noted too. We also had a wonderful time relaxing in the hot tub after exploring the local area on day trips and walks. This was great fun and the hot tub was spacious enough for most of our group to enjoy at once - we had expected to take turns! The house and your hosting was a crucial part of a very memorable weekend reuniting with friends and celebrating a 30th birthday. Would gladly come back and also will recommend to anyone I know! All very best and thanks again.

On the sunday many of us found we had a reaction to the chemicals in the hot tub and had to get out. Unsure if new chemicals were added rhat morning and thats why it happened that day and not on the first two days or if too much was added that day? About 6 of us all got very itchy and stingy and red and we all got out then didn't use the tub again. Just something to note incase its new chemicals or you need to check the proportions for future guests!

Beautiful and spacious accomodation in the most stunning location.

Rented both properties as a mixed group of 10. Trust me - the photos of the accomodation do not do it justice. It is huge: furnished to a high standard and has everything that you need for a rural, relaxing retreat, including the hot tub with spectacular views.

Beautiful location. Beautiful house. Very well equipped. Great host and the welcome pack and pre-ordered stew were much appreciated after a long drive. Hot tub was such a treat. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. Oh and the delicious fresh eggs!

The remote location, views, fireplace, hottub and style of the property. The view from the hot tub is amazing. Wine and scones on arrival was appreciated! Access to surrounding area i.e. Arisaig, Morar, Mallaig and Isle of Mull. Very accommodating with the children and dog! I had made a mistake with my booking. I hadn't added the children. Chrissie ensured the room was organised at the last minute. The children being able to used the hot tub was great! We loved our stay here. We'd consider returning and probably look into booking both properties.

all facilities for a self accommodation stay and more all provided- everything was thought of. Great set up and great view of the Highlands too. Fantastic bread and scones provided on arrival that stayed fresh throughout the visit.

Einfach Traumhaft!

Was hat ihnen gefallen? - schwierige Frage... Stellen sie sich vor: Sie übersetzten zuerst mit einer Fähre, fahren danach einem Loch/See entlang, fühlen sich im Anschluss wie auf einer Passstrasse in der Schweiz, weichen frei grasenden Schafen aus, kommen in ein schmuckes Dörfchen, fahren dann dem Dorfbach entlang weiter in das Grüne und dann steil den Berg hoch zu einem Haus mitten im Grünen. Sie werden empfangen von einer herzlichen Familie die ihnen das Haus zeigt und sie mit frisch gebackenem Brot und (den weltbesten) Cookies willkommen heisst. Neben dem heimeligen Zuhause das bis zur Waschmaschine und Chemineofen alles hat - Rollstuhlgängig ist, finden sie ihre Terrasse und ihren Hot-Pot. Dieser ist mit Holz beheizt und hat schon perfekte Badetemperatur. Nachdem ihre Familie im Haus eingezogen ist und sich eingerichtet hat, wird es ruhig. Ruhig weil jeder sein Lieblingsörtchen im Haus gefunden hat und sich in die friedlichen, naturverbundenen Umgebung fallenlässt. Frei von jeglichem Stress und Lärm. Wir haben genau das gesucht und im Bluebell Croft gefunden. Betten, Sauberkeit, Küche, etc. - wie in seinem eigenen wohl sortierten Zuhause. Alles Top. Ach ja, im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Laden und gleich dahinter eine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge.
