Brilliant big house with hot tub perfect for large groups

Really big house opposite Portrush harbour perfect for large family gathering - 9 adults and 5 kids. Fabulous hot tub out the back. House had everything you could possibly need. Free on-street parking was plentiful in January.

Kids loved the bunk beds downstairs but quite a big gap between top bunk and wall - not a problem for us but could be for others. Very early check out 10:00 am to allow cleaning team access - extended by 30 mins by owner but a bit early for a Sunday morning in low season

Exceptional facilities, a perfect stay for The Open

40 Kerr Street is the perfect place to relax and enjoy Portush. We travelled here to work at The Open and everything was made so simple. Perfect location, 10 stars for cleanliness, and Ruth had exceptional communication. The facilities were to a very high standard and I couldn't recommend this property enough.

great central location, spacious and a great stay!

everything with our stay was perfect! the location was exactly where you would want to be. the little bar area out the back was great as it was out of the way and meant it could be seperate from the house. check in and out was super easy, hot tub was great! back garden was great as it was like a wee hot box in the sun! everything was great and ideal for what we needed it for!

Excellent location, easy to access restaurants etc. Fantastic views of sea from living area on second floor.

fantastic location!! near the shops and harbour area. Very spacious and the interior was nice. Ruth was easy to contact and she replied immediately to my messages. It’s good value for money. We had so much fun in our 2 nights stay.

The water heating in the tub and sink wasn’t working? not sure tho maybe we just don’t know how to open the heater. It’s not a major issue with us. We really enjoyed our stay.

October visit to Portrush

Kerr street was a very well appointed 3 story house. Lovely views over the harbour. Walking distance to shops beach and Ramore wine bar. Plenty of room for kids to run about. Very comfortable beds and cosy duvets. Good sized garden at the back with trampoline (inaccessible while we were there due to falling rocks which was a shame as kids were looking forward to using it) Ruth was helpful and very easy to contact if needed.

Perfekt läge i hamnen. Nära Harbour Bar. Fin utsikt. 8 sängar. Bra standard på allting. Gott om plats. Bra kök.

Stekpannan hade inte plan botten. Ibland plats på gatan utanför, men ibland fick. i parkera på gratisparkeringen som är 10 minuters gångväg bort.
