Good stay

Clean, cute property that I stayed in with my best friends for a weekend. Hot tub was lovely and we had a great time

The bottom bunk, by the wall there was a cold draft of wind coming in and the wind whistled through that gap all night meaning I didn't sleep well during my stay. Maybe you could have a look at this gap and if it can be closed?

Home away from home!

Very comfortable space, warm and welcoming. The location is great because you're far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close to local amenities. The pod was clean and user friendly. The hot tub was a delight. I would definitely stay here again.

There could have been a bit more storage, but the space under the bed was useful to store suitcases.

Absolutely Nailed It 👏 👌

It was sooo enjoyable, and I met the owner walking his dog. (The dog even camw foe a wee snack ) Amazing time we had! The facilities just amazing i cant fault it if anything its too cheap but I won't complain on that! 1 thing for us was keep pet on lead 100% understandable but if we walked down the road it was a private farm up the road a fairly scary dark road which was quite busy. So not a great space for tiring out a dog. But I mean, thays if I really had to pick on something. And I really don't want too! Also the Christmas lights the outdoors seating the whole place was just made so feel comfy and cosy and yeah was truly an amazing and memorable weekend. ✨️ I will 1 million % re visit!

Nothing! As mentioned, just maybe boxing off the field behind the lodges on the left to give dogs a safe wee run without having to worry. But that really is just picking and to make an even better experience

Lovely relaxing weekend!

Had a lovely weekend here! Only met Gordon & Pamela very briefly but they were lovely. The pod was clean, good cooking facilities. They had the hot tub set up for us arriving. Highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!

Exceptional hot tub pod break.

The area was really well thought out, we loved the design and layout. The car park was directly beside the pod we had. The pod was very comfortable, the under floor heating was excellent.

The only thing I would do would be add a screen or gate between the pod and the panelling surrounding the hot tub for more privacy, as people walking past could see us in the hot tub.

Great short stay

We just needed a small break and also because it was my husband’s birthday we booked here and loved the peace and quiet. We will definitely come back. The hot tub was a plus for the purpose of our visit. We made our own meals and all facilities were great standard. The hub had a few games we enjoyed playing and beautiful views from the property and it’s really close to restaurants, supermarkets and pubs.

The bed in the beech pod isn’t that comfortable. We appreciate the cutesy of having to experience the new pod but we didn’t really like the bed setup idea since we were just a couple.

Shear bliss!

Met with one of the owners, genuine, lovely guy who is proud of his booming business. Loved getting to know their future plans. Loved how well kept the site was! Hot tubs were cleaned regularly. The area is very quiet, few shops and take away places. No toddler for two days and hearing absolute silence… bliss. We will be back. Thanks again!

Fab short relaxed getaway

Accommodation was fab as was hot tub. Grounds kept extremely tidy. Enough room between pods to feel private and fencing round hot tubs made it feel very private also. Roof over hot tub great for when it rained.

The overall vibe of this was perfect! Tranquil. Facilities are great, hot tub was great, bed was super comfy and everything that you needed was there. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Everything was seamless and stress free.

Absolutely fantastic!

The location was lovely out the way & private just how we like it, the pod itself was clean tidy & just so warm and home like, the electric hot tub was a lovely touch it just honestly felt perfect! The Hosts Pam & Gordon were amazing too went above and beyond to help us with things to do & to make sure we were all good! Would highly recommend 10/10!

Perfect

Had an amazing stay! Pamela and Gordon are 2 of the nicest people I have met! Ready to go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The pod has everything you need (toilet roll, washing up liquid,bin bags ,sponges etc) which I find a lot of places I’ve been to you have to supply your own so this was a great touch! We were there for my cousins bday and and we were kindly offered a package that included chocolates balloons and prosecco. Would 100% recommend and come again in the future!! <3

Wonderful!

The pods were very cosy and comfortable with everything we needed. Hot tubs were lovely and we loved the communal area which we used as a large group. Even games and tv included in the covered eating and communal grassy area. Loved the roofs over the hot tubs and fairy lights too. We were travelling as a large group and were celebrating 2 birthdays and Pamela arranged for our pods to be decorated with helium balloons and banners on arrival which was absolutely brilliant. We had a sick child and Pamela was so helpful giving us extra supplies of bedding and offering advice on local pharmacies and hospitals.. So considerate and friendly and even enquired how things were later. Couldn't have asked for anything more! Thank you!

Only thing I would improve would be to have some enclosed decking areas to keep.in wayward dogs and children!!!

Cosy, relaxing, good vibe, didn’t wanna leave lol

My partner took me recently and wee loved it, and his birthday was the month after so I booked it again for his birthday, so have stayed in two of the cabins and they were both great, each cabins different but yeah there really cosy and a good get away to relax would move in if I could🤣

Place is brilliant the cabins are so cosy the staff really lovely and helpful, and it’s also great for kids, has communal areas with to and games/activities for kids would definitely recommend

Over exceeding my expectations

This little break was perfect from start to finish. The place had everything you could need, with some lovely special touches. Inside was spotless and really well-equipped. The bathroom was clean with a great shower, and the bed was super comfy. The family area with the fire pit was brilliant - my little one loved the games and toasting marshmallows. The owner popped by to check everything was okay and had a friendly chat, which was a really nice touch. We stayed for two nights and I’ll definitely be booking again. It feels wonderfully secluded, yet you’re only five minutes from a supermarket and places to eat if you fancy heading out. The hot tub was amazing - usually we only use it once, but this time we spent loads of time in it because it was just so good.

Amazing place and family run

It was lovely and relaxing nonfaults atall. Apart from when booking thru booking .com a was led to believe there was 2 bedrooms for 2 adults and 2 kids but it was a pull out couch but it was comfy and didn't impact our stay. I also thought the amenities was attached to our pod but they were communal but we got over that and it didn't affect our stay atall was amazing. Only down side was a bit pricey but was worth it would a pay nearly £600 for 2 nights no but was a great experience was great

Beautiful Pods, very clean and equipped amazing hottub and lots to do. Every detail is thought of. Owners are so lovely.

Gorgeous pods, has everything you’d need, including cleaning products, towels and crockery. The hottub is fab and levels checked everyday by staff. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. The communal area is a fab addition with a tv and lounge area, fire pit and large outdoor games. We had an amazing time

Unfortunelty our “sofabed” wasn’t really a bed but the back on the couch folded down. We had 2 10year olds with us and even “top n tailing” they struggled to fit and hit each other all night. They said it was very uncomfortable especially at the end where one of them was sleeping on the sofa back and the one sleeping in the other side had the hard chair arms taking space away from his head and his feet as these are not removable. So there was no soft foaming or padding. This is maybe something to look at changing as there is no way you’d get 2 adults on that sofa and from a comfort level this would be positive.We did go in one of the other pods and they had a pull out sofa bed in there pod which looked much better so this may only be an issue in the pod we were staying in (WILLOW) This was the only negative of our stay. We would still come return to a different pod.
