The whole stay was excellent, it was well managed and organised and it had every thing we needed, the location was perfect and I’ve recommended this to friends, one of who has already Brooked up

Hot tub was amazing with the lighting being a nice touch. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Layout of all pods very nice, grounds well kept. Liked the use of trolleys to cart all belongings to and from the pod.
With reference to Willow pod - Toilet roll holder broken. Bathroom window lock broken, meaning when the wind picked up, it would open the window. Smoke alarm above oven, meaning use of grill pointless without it constantly going off. Dirty sock found under the bed and unclean cutlery. Main Access road to all pods in very poor condition.

Clean, cute property that I stayed in with my best friends for a weekend. Hot tub was lovely and we had a great time
The bottom bunk, by the wall there was a cold draft of wind coming in and the wind whistled through that gap all night meaning I didn't sleep well during my stay. Maybe you could have a look at this gap and if it can be closed?
