Lovely location - convenient and quiet. The caravan gave us a good space to relax (3 friends in 3 separate bedrooms, plus one dog), eat etc. Not far to travel to see the sights (SeaLife, Loch Lomond cruises, Luss village, Stirling Castle etc.) Staff very helpful when my disabled friend fell while out with the dog.
I tried to arrange for a friend to visit with his car, but the message didn't get through, so he had to leave it at Reception and walk up. It was a bit awkward, but ok in the end, as he could walk from where he was staying nearby.

Perfect location. Park set out in very stylish way with lovely grounds trees shrubs etc adding to privacy and countryside feel. Lots of eateries nearby. Pod was very clean, all items included such as towels, tea towels, washing up liquid. Cannot fault it.

A few things didn’t work (wifi, usb charging points in kitchen area) and the bed was a little small for two.
