Great communication for the check in process. Very easy clear instructions. Clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed and comfy beds.
Could have done with a bath mat for wet feet after showering as the floor gets slippy. We had to use one of our towels.

The property is close to the lake that you can easily reach the port by walking through a beautiful village.
What's I am unhappy with the host is that she automatically charged my card an additional amount of £30 without any notice in advance until the booking platform informed me. The 2-bedroom house is rented for a whole family, certainly it can't be as clean as it was. I am happy to pay if she discussed with me first. The sudden charge put me in nervous if my card is hacked. So the host might charge you even more if she thinks her property is damage by your fault!
