Brilliant place to stay and excellent value

Location and the property are excellent. Spacious and comfortable.

I've been here twice and the only small issue I've encountered is that the heating isn't controlled from inside the property. Even with the radiators on there was no heat. A quick message to Joyce and it was sorted, so no complaints there. It would be handy to have a thermostat of some sort in the property though

October stay

Fantastic accommodation. Spacious and a great location. Very easy to find, parking onsite and host was very accommodating. Fast replies and kept us fully up to date. Enclosed garden for our dog. The kitchen had everything you could think of (maybe a few oven trays would be better) but apart from that it was fantastic.

We had the best time here! Location fantastic. Cottage itself was so central for everything in Luss! Just perfect! Cottage itself was beautiful and immaculately clean. Pet friendly too and that so important to us. Such a peaceful nights sleep too, and the excellent heating in the cottage made it really nice and cosy! The proprietors were also very welcoming, really went out of their way. Very kind! Thanks for all! :)

Lovely stay, stunning location

Beautifully presented property in fabulous location. Easy walk around the corner literally ,for a fab breakfast and evening meal. Owner really friendly and helpful. Would stay again for a few days , next time we visit Scotland.

The location and Cottage was amazing. We had an amazing short break at Luss. The host was attentive and made sure we knew how to contact them if we had any issues, which we did not. We would stay again.

Nice cottage, nice location, BYO salt & pepper!

Lovely, well furnished, self catering cottage. Spacious lounge / kitchen / dining areas, outdoor space is good, and great location.

Twin beds were small and uncomfortable, more suitable for children than adults. A few aspects of the cottage were a bit worn / tired. We arrived late, so local shops were closed, we had (mostly) prepared to cook for ourselves, but found absolutely nothing in the kitchen, luckily we had some olive oil, but we had to go to the local restaurant to borrow some salt and pepper - for the price we paid, I'd have expected some basic condiments to be supplied in the kitchen. Also, not much in way of cleaning materials supplied.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Garden cottage so very quiet. Ok stay for some days. Within walking distance to the lake and lots of hiking trails within easy travel distance.

Double bed a bit small for two people. Shelves in the bathroom for wash bag/cosmetic bag would be good and some coat hangers.

Beautiful self-contained apartment with off-street parking and just a short walk from the shores of Loch Lomond. The decor is clean and modern with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The host was very helpful and communication was good.

Overall had great stay. Location is amazing. Property was quite dusty with simple decoration but bed was amazing and slept well. Breakfast options in village seem to only start at 10:00 so if want earlier breakfast need to take own.

Peace and quiet!

A really peaceful break. Waking up to birdsong instead of seagull squawks was terrific. The property was well appointed, had everything we needed and was spotless. We met with Adam round at the Village Rest Bistro - which we preferred to the village pub/Hotel. Everyone we met there were friendly and helpful. Well done, everyone involved.

Lovely stay in Loch Lomond

We really liked the location and the amount of space. It was an incredibly relaxing weekend. The decor was tasteful and was generally presented well. We ate at the local Village Rest which had decent food. We spent alot of time doing activities on the Loch which was easy as we were so close to the cottage. Communication from the cottage staff was excellent and the grounds were really nicely kept.

Internet was a bit patchy of an evening but that was more our issue as we were still needing it for work things, some issues with cleanliness and there could be a few more handy utensils and facilities in the kitchen e.g foil, more pans/pots of different sizes, garlic crusher just to make cooking easier and not have to relentlessly wash up when there is a dishwasher.

The Cottage was absolutely stunning. The decor throughout the house was beautiful and very well looked after. The place was spotless and very clean. The rooms are a lot bigger than what the pictures show online. Very homely and welcoming! Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Checking in daily to see if anything was needed.

Sweet, cozy cottage in a fantastic location. Lovely host.

Ian was our white knight! we had another booking fall through and he put us up at the last minute. Very comfortable and cozy cottage minutes from the Loch. Lovely comfy lounge, nice shower, comfy beds. Cute little garden for the kids to play in (or sunbathing for the lucky ones!) Very well equipped and large kitchen and big dining table. I cooked a roast, no trouble! Ian was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
