Perfectly formed living/dining/kitchen area. Loads of space, great location, easy to walk over to Luss. Fab boot room for mucky boots. Utilised the dishwasher and the washing machine. Enclosed garden area. Fab underfloor heating. Will definitely return in the Summer.

Idyllic!

Beautiful cottage, idyllic setting, amazing stay! Excellent location, 2 min walk to the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel with amazing food and the village itself (do need to cross major road but this was also very helpful for easy access during winter snow!). Was very quiet in Jan, fabulous garden space outside with beautiful stream running outside of that that you could hear from the house. Beautifully furnished and everything you need, fabulous for a stay with grandparents and kids alike. Great local walks suitable for kids as well as more strenuous hikes and of course access to the loch though we unfortunately were there for the short time of the year where the boats aren't running!

Family Mini Break in Luss

The property is a quaint cottage in a perfect location. Lovely dog walks from the doorstep which can be extended or shortened to suit your requirements. The rooms are spacious and it’s well equipped for a comfortable stay. We will be back.

The mattresses in the double rooms could be a bit comfier but this didn’t stop a good nights sleep.

Beautiful cottage, but issues need resolving!

The layout of the cottage. The position of the cottage. The surroundings are beautiful. The cottage has everything you would need. A mix of modern and old furnishings. Very dog friendly.

The front door is warped, and letting in a draught, wind, and noise. The shower head had a constant leak, as the fitting was loose. The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working. Feather cushions are a definite no!!

We unfortunately couldn’t get for our break as there was an issue with the heating and hot water, but we will certainly be booking the same cottage next year.

Lovely cottage in Luss, right next to the river. Ideal for exploring Loch Lomond. Everything spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable

Minor point but given the Cottage has a kitchen a few staples would have been useful eg salt, condiments. Had to go to the pub restaurant to ask for salt so we could cook pasta

The cottage was perfect,

Crossing the road to Luss can be a bit dodgy, but wait for big gaps in traffic. Dinner in the hotel was excellent. However, the 45-minute wait for deserts was unacceptable. We had to cancel.

Will definitely come back and stay

Property was beautiful and excellent location, it’s next to a main busy road but this is quieter in the morning and evening so did not affect our stay, Luss and Loch Lomond on your doorstep and easy morning walks all around

The rooms were very hot for sleeping, we brought fans which helped but maybe ac units for the summer months would help with guests comfort, in the master bathroom some more hooks would be great to hang towels for reuse and additional shelves near the sink other than that no complaints

Beautiful, well-situated cottage

Amazing location near Luss village and very easy to get to other locations, beautiful cottage, ample parking space, very well equipped in terms of TV/kitchen/bedrooms. Very walkable to Loch Lomond (including the Loch-side sauna)

On the other side of the A road from the village but easy enough to get across. We were quite warm with the thick duvets but I think this was a side effect of an unusual heat wave!

Perfect cottage and base from which to explore Loch Lomond area.

Sweet well equipped and very clean little cottage. Nice furnishings and pretty little garden with short walk across the road to picturesque village of Luss and Loch Lomond. Surrounding area breathtakingly beautiful and we did lots of lovely drives and walks.

Great food but accommodation less so

Good food available within hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Luss is a lovely location by Loch Lomond.

We stayed in a cottage which was in the grounds but on the other side of the very busy A82. The accommodation itself needed some attention; dining table was so wobbly you couldn’t eat at it. Bed and sofa were uncomfortable. Overall it didn’t feel like value for money.
