Lodge was a bit dated, shower pressure was terrible. Management disjointed across the facilities. Pool, spa, WiFi all different companies and so reception couldn’t always help with questions or issues which seemed unprofessional. Pool staff very rude.

The Eagle lodges are so much bigger inside than they look on the pictures it was amazing! The facilities on site are great and the goil inn was great

They do warn you about midges but we didn’t realise how bad it was we left a window cracked open and the entire room was crawling with them shortly after dark. Also was a bit rubbish that they played the football in all the rooms of the entertainment on Saturday night and didn’t have any area that had music on for people not interested in football. Also a woman in the on site shop is a bit rude.

Modern van. Clean and tidy, great shower and comfy beds and sofas. Tv reception very good.

Restaurant staff were fab

I am very unhappy with the way this booking was handled. The holiday I carefully selected and paid for was changed only four hours before check-in. This is completely unacceptable and not what I agreed to when making the booking. Had I known that the original holiday would not be honoured, I would have booked elsewhere. The lack of notice meant I was unable to find a suitable alternative, leaving me with little choice but to accept a holiday I had not chosen. This significantly affected my experience and caused considerable disappointment.
