Clean, comfortable and very cosy cottage. Very well equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed our 2 nights here and were lucky to enjoy a day of glorious winter sunshine to explore the area. Happily recommend Ben Lomond cottage to anyone and would stay again.

The cottage was catered to ambulant disabled needs. As the main guest, my needs were surprisingly met with a ramp, access level bedroom with equal level bathroom. Thete was a rubber mat for non slip, but I had to bring my portable grab handles to stick on shower wall to help get in and out shower.
The decor was beautiful, even my sister took decor pointers for her own house, especially the carpet.
Amenities well stocked, took me a while to figure out heating system.
The location is 10/10. house is 7.5/10
Only gripe was mattresses and pillows hard, uncomfortable.
My sister complained upstairs being cold at night.
This booking was made during october break, so weather.
During Autumn/winter season my advice would be learn the heating system, keep heating on to warm cottage up during the day, so heat risrs up to bedrooms.

Beds were comfortable, House well equipped. Good Wifi
Prompt replies to our queries and problems at the time
House was rather tired looking and in need of some refurbishment. Livingroom ceiling stained and cracked (previous leak?)
TV channels were not available if it was raining, which unfortunately it did a lot of while we were there. We got around the problem by acquiring an HDMI cable and watching TV via our laptops
