Loch Lomond Sanctuary Lodges

Special location as we were married here

Shower pressure was not good, could have been more private in hot tub and a gate and more fencing to make it more pet friendly/safe as right beside a road.

Lovely location, very comfortable and cozy.

Some facilities weren’t available unfortunately, slippers and gowns.

It was a comfortable lodge for a one night stop over. Facilities in the lodge were good

The flow of water through the shower was pathetic - it took me ages ages to get slightly wet

It was clean , decor was pleasant and modern with modern appliances and a comfortable bed and it was warm .

No privacy unless you drew the curtains , no view except a brick wall with a pile of paving stones to look out . Considering this is in Loch Lomond and is called sanctuary - which conjures up well being ; I think it’s misleading . It was very expensive for what it was £240 a night and the shower was hoped less and powerless . Also at least maybe two bottles of water, some tissues in a box and some kitchen towel could be provided . Plus they charged £30 extra for our dog and did not provide so much as a Pooh bag . There are signs everywhere on the property and in the compliance about restrictions for dogs - I would suggest they just don’t accept them as we felt it was all about begrudging for the price for a night.
