Cosy, clean lodge, very spacious and fabulous location. Staff was lovely when we arrived early and parked up
Hot tub was quite cold, never went above 33 even after leaving it for hours, could not use again in morning due to it dropping to 27 degrees. Kind of ruined it but overall stay was fab

It was clean , decor was pleasant and modern with modern appliances and a comfortable bed and it was warm .
No privacy unless you drew the curtains , no view except a brick wall with a pile of paving stones to look out . Considering this is in Loch Lomond and is called sanctuary - which conjures up well being ; I think it’s misleading . It was very expensive for what it was £240 a night and the shower was hoped less and powerless . Also at least maybe two bottles of water, some tissues in a box and some kitchen towel could be provided . Plus they charged £30 extra for our dog and did not provide so much as a Pooh bag . There are signs everywhere on the property and in the compliance about restrictions for dogs - I would suggest they just don’t accept them as we felt it was all about begrudging for the price for a night.
