Apartment was clean and spacious and had an enclosed front garden which was ideal for the dogs. Location was good with easy access down to Loch Lomond and The Cruin restaurant. Its walkable but you have to cross a very busy road. The site is quiet and rural but there is some road noise but not enough to not feel calm and relaxed.

There wasn't much in the way of milk, coffee etc on arrival.

So spacious, very well kitted out with everything you need and great location

Nothing really to fault

The cottage was clearly new, very clean and nicely furnished. It’s a good cottage to access Loch Lomond, Conic Hill, Balloch and all other local attractions.

The bunk beds are tiny. I’m 5.8 for reference and it was a very uncomfortable night as I could not lie without bending my legs. They are not designed for adults which should clearly be stated. These bunk beds should be bigger to accommodate adults. The bunks beds and double bed were also very hard. Very uncomfortable. On arrival the key wasn’t there so we had to wait for someone to come and give it to us (they had emailed with instructions on where to find the key) 5pm check-in. If you want to check-in at 3pm it’s £20 and if you want to check-in at 1pm it’s £40. This seems very excessive in my opinion. A 5pm check-in is already very late but when the check out is 10pm that’s not long in the cottage when you stay one night. The photos don’t make you realise that the cottage has all of it’s windows facing the communal carpark. No privacy unless you sit with the curtains drawn. This was not documented very clearly. It felt like a motel. I would also recommend you bring an eye mask. The blinds don’t block the light out very well and the kids bedroom has a light just outside of it so it was full light in the room all night. There was rubbish on the sofa when we arrived. This was packaging from a duvet set which also clearly indicated that the duvet or sheet had not been washed prior to being set out.
