The only thing I didn't like was trying to get out onto the main road bug that has got nothing to do with the camp sight at all it's just a nightmare to get out, and the address that was on the booing took us to the campsite across the road

Amazing for our family celebration.

The cottage was amazing very clean warm and comfortable. We celebrated my Mum’s 80th Birthday and she enjoyed every minute. Can’t wait to visit again.

Cold 🥶

The property was well equipped apart from not having a Coffee Table to put your drinks on while watching TV.

The Cold 🥶. The Heating was controlled centrally with no Thermostat in the Apartment. It was Cold through the night and in the morning the Heating didn't come On at all .The towel Radiator was hot at the bottom when it was on and Cold for the rest of it ! 🥶🥶

It was just amazing 🤩 in every way Very clean, homely, had everything we needed for our stay . We went with our puppy to get away from our house renovation for a few days and it’s just what we needed. Thank you so much! Book it you won’t regret it !!

Located about 0.5mile from Loch Lomond with good access to tracks to walk the dog. Nice little property for a few nights stay

Shocking customer service. Didn’t respond to messages or help with queries or concerns. Contacted then on three occasions and no response. Cottage was freezing. Appliances didn’t work and no response to request for help and support

Booked two cottages. Staff unhelpful, no response on three occasions when help requested for various things : Two dead birds in two separate rooms in one of the cottages, when advised , staff apologised but didn’t offer to remove the birds or clean the areas again. We were left to deal with it ourselves. Very poorly lit and difficult to walk at night safely. TV didn’t work Cooker didn’t work Cobwebs on the beds that had fallow from the ceiling and corners, window handles dirty and dead ants and dust gathered in corners. Didn’t want to stay in or. Apartment due to the cold and the dead birds. Another two live birds found in the cottage on another occasions. no answer following another email. Cottage not cleaned properly lots of dirt and cobweb. One cottage was very cold

The foam mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the only thing I disliked. There were a couple of small poos on the outside garden, which may have been from a previous tenant or a fox.

The scenery was fabulous. Walking around, seeing the animals. The rooms was cosy, had everything we needed. The fact it had a Christmas tree was so thoughtful. We got to meet the famous Milo.

Electric car charger outside our bedroom beeped all the time a car was charging and the first night we lost all power for about 8 hours.Not the properties fault as there was terrible weather conditions but perhaps invest in a generator if you are running a business like this.

Very comfortable and clean for our one night stay. We were attending a wedding at Cameron House, which was only 1 mile away.

Heating was on, nice comfy double bed, large toilet with shower, kitchen with all facilities. Parking outside apartment. Excellent location for Loch Lomond.

Large comfortable bed and easy to find. A lovely setting. Good value for an overnight stay. Very clean throughout. Good parking. Was available an hour early and easy to access.

Squeaky floorboards and the fridge was full of water. The towel rail in the bathroom didn’t get warm and there was a sign to say don’t touch it or turn the valves. So bathroom was freezing cold.

A relaxing stay in a great location, just needs a little TLC

We had a great stay at Oak Lodge. The property is tucked away at the back of the estate, offering plenty of privacy and a fantastic space for dogs to roam. The hot tub was spotless and well-sheltered, perfect for relaxing even in less-than-ideal weather. The living area was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely wood-burning fireplace that added to the cosy atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we had an excellent night’s sleep. Angela provided great service throughout our stay, making the experience even better.

A few areas could be improved. There’s no fencing around the property, so dogs can easily wander onto the road or neighbouring areas, which isn’t ideal if you have reactive pets. The £20 charge per dog also felt a little steep. The lodge itself is showing some wear and tear, with small details like mould in the bathroom grout, cobwebs on the ceiling, and marks on the walls. Fire logs cost an additional £12, which would have been nice to have included. The TV setup is quite dated and a bit tricky to use, and only one TV can be watched at a time between the living area and the bedroom.
